Everything changes. Every thing. Sometimes we like the changes, and sometimes we don’t. Update. I do not like the changes that have sprung forth with the SYR brand and have for the first time bowed out of the subscription and will not be purchasing any further kimonos from them. They still have many fans and followers, and sponsor many great athletes(which I can appreciate), but I do not agree with the decision of inclusion of the year-round kimono, especially with the steadily rising prices(cotton has not gone up that much) of their product, and feel that their company is missing that start-up zest or hunger they displayed many years ago. Epilogue. Props for the strides in arranging the manufacture of the U.S.-made kimono, which should be coming out in 2014 or whenever. Props for sponsoring great players and events. Props for ever lending your ear to the consumer, who essentially provided the feedback to create the current configuration for your gis. — E
