I went in for the big V. I must admit I was very nervous when I went in. The staff was very welcoming and very reassuring. Dr. P was very professional and the whole procedure was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this place for any type of needs.

Great experience with Dr. Pugach. He was very courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. He was able, and willing, to break down my technical and medical diagnosis into something I could really understand.
Very comforting to find a doctor that actually takes time to explain things until I AM satisfied.
I was very pleased with his staff and will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

This was our second attempt at the procedure, and I am thrilled to report that this experience was great and we highly recommend this Dr. Our initial visit hadn’t been as well received but the Dr. listened to our concerns and rescheduled the procedure which we really appreciate. His staff is great. we went to the BH location, make sure to allow time for parking!

Learn from my mistake STAY AWAY FROM «Dr» PuCASH’s office! They don’t care about patients they just want you’re money! They will rush you when you are at consultation, don’t clearly address concerns even with emails they yell at people. If you want to be treated bad go see Dr.Pugache. I am pleasantly surprised with no pain throughout the whole process of the No Needle No Scalpel Vasectomy. I just got through the first 24 hrs with no pain what so ever! Dr. Pugach was very professional and personable. His staff is top notch and very helpful. I still can’t believe how easy, painless and quick the whole process was. I would highly recommend Dr. Pugach and the No Needles & No Scalpel Vasectomy to any guy contemplating a Vasectomy!

I am a new patient of Dr. Pugach and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. They are all so friendly and courteous and the waiting is a minimal.
Glady’s his nurse is the best, she makes you feel comfortable in any situation through the tests that you have to do and has a fabulous personality.
Dr. Pugach himself is a very thorough and wonderful urologist and is great at explaining the situation and your diagnosis. He listens which some Doctors do not.

I am a reg. nurse. Dr. Putsch has provided urological services to me and my husband for several years. We are very satisfied. I do not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

I am a resident in Family Medicine who just completed a rotation with Dr. Pugach. While I am not a patient, I did get to see how he treats and interacts with his patients and it is with the utmost in professionalism. He really tries to get a sense of what is best for his patient, and explain the various options in extremely clear terms that anyone can understand.
The patients that I saw when I was there all seemed to genuinely like him, not just as their doctor, but as a person as well. If someone I know were to need the services of a urologist, I would refer them to Dr. Pugach and his excellent staff without hesitation.

Just pointing out that there is an serious, unaddressed, and highly negative review from someone with 74 reviews, and QTY 3 5-​star reviews from anonymous « Unilocalers» with no picture, no profile info, all of whom have a single review, a glowing review of just this one urologist.
Umm…yeah.
Methinks Robert Pugach doth protest too much.
