Went here after being recommended by a friend. I had brand new dress shirts that needed to be laundered, and in one of them the collar stays were still in the collar. When they ironed the collar, they continued to to iron over the collar over and over again and pressed creases in the collar to the point where you could see a permanent outline from the collar stays in the front. I pointed this out to them and they refused to fix It free of charge and I had to pay for it to be dry cleaned.
I thought that maybe it would have been a one time error, but a week later I went to pick up several more dress shirts and as I was putting one on before church, i realized it had several extensive creases on both sides of the chest area. It was so obvious that only a lack-​of-​paying attention would have caused this. I tried to quickly iron them out so i can get on my way and they wouldn’t come out, and it looks like I have to get them laundered again to fix it.
Yes the price is cheaper but the work and reliability are sub-​par. I will not be returning to this shop again.

Very expensive to wash a couple shirts. The price has gone up 30% in the last year.
