They had added a kiosk at the galleria mall in Roseville. When I had been Christmas shopping I came across the kiosk and thought the signs were so cute. I ordered 2 signs because it was such a great deal and a great Christmas gift. I had one shipped to Redding to my parents because they offered shipping also at a great price. So all of this was done on the 11th of December. Two weeks before Christmas and was told that it’d be up there before Christmas. A week before Christmas my mom told me that she still has not received the package so I go back to the kiosk to ask for a tracking number. No surprise, they didn’t have one. Well now it’s the 29th and they still have not received their package. I was very frustrated and wanted at least the shipping payment back. Went to the kiosk, no longer there. I emailed them 2 days ago, no response. Today went to the Loomis address and not only was there 5 other suite’s in this building, but no one in the building has heard of them! So we find the suite(suite B or C I believe) and no one is there. It looks like whoever was there, just up and left. I called the number given here on Unilocal and the woman who answered didn’t greet with company name or anything just a «hello?» as if I called someone’s cell phone. So I asked if this was Accent on Glass and she proceeded with a yes. I had informed her that I was at the Loomis location and if they were still there or if they had moved location. She was confused and told me that I have called the store in Reno, Nevada. I asked if there was a Loomis store and she said yes. I asked her if she knew where it was or a had a number I can get ahold of them from and she said no to both. Then I was confused. Why would a Reno store have a 916 area code phone number? I’ve been running around trying to get ahold of this company with no cooperation so I’ve ended up having to call my bank and ask for a refund that way. I will never buy from them again and have already told my friends to be aware of this scam of a company. I have never had this happen to me before and it’s sad that it has come to this. Don’t buy from this company unless it’s physically there and you’re ready to take it with you same day. This was such an unnecessary hassle.

Their name has changed to Accents on Glass, I think they’ve changed their name to distance themselves from these terrible, but accurate, Unilocal reviews. I’ve had the same experience that Toots F. and many others hace had. I too placed my order early November(11÷10÷15) online to be shipped to San Diego, and I have yet to receive any information about my order even after 5 attempts. There is only one phone number, and the same unprofessional, unknowledgeable individual is the person you must speak with. I’ve been hearing the same thing every time I call to find out about my order«it’ll be shipped this week». I ask for a tracking number, and I NEVER receive one. This has been going on for almost 6 weeks now. I’ve heard the excuse about defective glass they received, now the excuse is Federal Express damaged some items(still not sure if my order was one of them) and they submitted a claim. And can you believe it, but because of submitting the claim I’m told that Federal Express put a hold on their account. I’m calling BS on that! I’ve even sent feedback to their contact page on their website, and sent and email to their email address listed on their site asking to speak with the owner, Kim Thomas. Still NOTHING! !! I wish SOMEONE would just get back to me to update me on my order as it’s now 12÷17÷15; 8 days prior to Christmas. Will my order get there in time for Christmas??? They had no problem taking my money, but refuse to let me know what the status is of my order. Beware people, DON’T ORDERFROMTHISCOMPANY!!! If I could rate them a negative star, I certainly would.

If I could give this co a minus sign I would. They SUCK!!! Beautiful products but customer service is awful. I can not get them to call me back. Took my money and can’t get them to tell me when my product will ship. I have ordered from them in past years and have never had these problems. I WILLNEVERORDERFROMTHEMAGAIN!!! We saw Kim’s booth at one of Campbell’s festivals and just thought the frames she had on display were great. We decided to get one as a birthday gift for my mother and wanted ALL the grandkids and great grandkids name listed. As many of them that there are and some with long names, she was able to make it work. The frame even arrived earlier than expected and when we opened it, we were in awe. It was beautifully done!!! I recently posted it on Facebook once my mother hung it up and I’ve received so many great comments; even people asking where I got it, in which I was happy to share the contact information. I was skeptical when I saw these bad reviews, so I picked up the phone to confirm she got my order and she did. I have ordered from Kim in the past and never had problems. She told me it would be delivered to me today and it was. I received my frame and I couldn’t be happier. She was so pleasant on the phone so the customer service was top notch, so I don’t understand where the customer service went wrong for all these other people. I can’t wait to give it to my husband for his Birthday. Thanks Kim as always for taking care of your GOOD customers!

While these signs are absolutely beautiful, the customer service is horrible. They over promise and under deliver. During the Christmas season of 2014, I ordered 2 custom signs as Christmas presents. I called Kim, the owner first and asked if I would receive the signs by Christmas, she assured me it would be no problem and that they could make them and have them delivered on time. I was traveling to see my family out of town and sent the gifts there. Only 1 was received on time(and it was delivered on Christmas Eve after calling the owner several times asking where my order was, demanding a tracking number), leaving me without my main gift for my brother during Christmas. I went to the mall in Sacramento after Christmas where their Kiosk is and asked to speak with Kim directly and she was less than helpful or concerned. The sign turned up 1 week after Christmas. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that the holiday season was busy, I ordered again in April 2015 for a wedding gift. Received an email that it would ship early the following week and I would receive an email via FedEx with my tracking number. Nearly 3 weeks later, no FedEx email with a tracking number, no follow-up from the owner and once again, left without a gift when ordering from them. It’s too bad they can’t just be realistic with their delivery time and response because their signs are high quality and gorgeous, but don’t expect to receive them on-time or receive quality customer service.

I ordered a custom made sign for my best friends wedding gift and put a wedding picture inside with her new family name. Bride said it was the best gift ever and brought her tears of happiness. Also have some wall plaques, including«You’ll always be my best friend. you know too much.» Makes me smile all the time. And I love the family last name with all our names on it. Beautiful work and very reasonable prices!

They lost our order and are refusing to fulfill it because the employee who took the order is «no longer with the company.» They returned my first phone call, told me they couldn’t find the order, and would call me back within an hour. I didn’t get a callback, so I called the next day, and the lady rushed me off the phone, with an extremely rude tone basically telling me to resend all the files, even though we had been in email communication and they should clearly still have access to those files… Whatever. I resent them our vector image and a scan of our receipt and have been calling back all week about the order. They answered one time out of the five times I called, and the lady only said«I can’t check my computer right now,» promised to notify me as soon as she could, and simply didn’t. Now they are ignoring our phone calls. No refund. No product. No hint of an apology or some kind of compensation even though she ADMITTED they lost both the EMAIL and the PAPER notes of our order. Unbelievably terrible business practices.

Bought couple of subway signs from their booth at Livermore Wine Fest 2014. They are great and so damn reasonably priced. They had huge collection of funny sayings. Also loved the ones with pictures and decals. Makes great gift. They can personalize stuff too — good to know. The lady there was very friendly.

My family ordered a 4ft sign from Kim at the Alameda County Fair on July 6th and was told to give them about a week to have it to us. It is now July 26th and has been 20 days and I have NOT received my order. After two phone calls, which have not been returned, I received a message from UPS that my shipment was ready to be shipped. However, it has NOT been shipped yet. I called and left yet, another message, and I sent them an email through their website asking for communication regarding my order. It completely baffles me that they can have a custom sign made and ready within 20 mins to an hour at the fair, but they cannot have an order completed and shipped within 20 days! I am very disappointed in how unprofessional they seem to be when it comes to their customer service and communicating any problems they may be having in getting an order out. Their products are gorgeous and definitely quality, as we have a sign from last year displayed in our home. But their customer service and promptness definitely needs help. I will gladly update my review if my calls are returned and we are taken care of. As I stated in my voice mail, $ 60+ is a lot of money these days to be spent and not receive an order or have the courtesy to respond to calls and messages. I am sure hoping they can resolve this, or just credit back our account. Very sad.
