This is probably my favorite fast food Italian food in Longview. But tonight we were in a hurry and went through the drive through. Had the worst experience I’ve had in awhile. The sign on the drive-in said«order at the window» which we did.(What’s the point of an intercom system if you order at the window?). Then we paid. Then after sitting there for 5 minutes were asked to pull around to the front to wait which we did. Then after 15 more minutes of waiting on two fettuccine alfredo dishes and a side salad I went in to see what was going on. They hadn’t even begun working on the order. After I told the guy I ordered over 20 minutes ago he seemed frantic and still waited 5 minutes before starting my food. By the time he go through with this simple order I had to get my own drinks because he forgot we ordered those too. Food is good but drive through service is obviously TERRIBLE!

My wife and I ordered the«vegan» pizza. As we were waiting for it to cook, we questioned whether that meant a cheeseless pizza or some kind of vegan cheese like Daiya some pizza places have. Now the pizza was pretty good — my wife and I ate the whole thing between us two. I honestly think they use Alfredo sauce instead of cheese, or perhaps thats just some kind of vegan cheese that tastes kinda like Alfredo sauce. Im not sure. But it was good, we had it with all the veggies albeit kind of expensive at $ 20 for a regular size.

A little pricey for what you get. Ordered a slice of one topping pizza & Chicken Stromboli to go. Price was a little under 14 $ The Stromboli was good, pizza was just so-so. Will probably only go back for the Stromboli.

Great food. Attentive and friendly staff. Clean and presentable dining area. Not much more you can say… An all around good place to eat. Anyone comparing this to pizza king has no taste. This is New York style pizza not sloppy greasy highway 80 food.

Horrible! This has to be the closest thing to frozen I’ve seen. Pizza King is the way to go.

Great pizza!!! A little confusing when you walk in if youve never been. How ever it’s delicious! Wish they had more seating tho.

Meh. I remember when Pietro’s took over the Luca Pizza spot in the Longview Mall. Decent NY style pizza but far from anything special. Everyone I knew was disappointed. That was about 30 years ago and the pizza is still… meh. Service is regularly rude in a New York type of way. Except we aren’t in NY. The good news is, the original Luca Pizza folks operate a place in nearby White Oak called Don Giovanni’s. Pizza there is generally excellent, and they are slightly more grateful to customers.

It’s all delicious. Pizza, salads, cannoli, gelato, pasta. It’s all very good. A little pricey, but when you consider they make everything from scratch it is worth it! A favorite in Longview.

I went here for lunch one day last week because I was craving lasagna and I remembered someone telling me this place served it. This was my first time visiting this establishment. I got the meat and cheese lasagna and a calzone. I believe it was a 3meat one. Anyhow, the calzone was good the lasagna was average. I would eat here again but only if someone else pays for it because they are extremely overpriced in my opinion. The guy who handed me my food also forgot to give me utensils, napkins, or the parmesan cheese that I had requested.

We eat here all the time. Yes the food isn’t prepared the moment you order it, but it’s heated in the big pizza oven and because they prep in advance it only takes a few min for you to get it. Outside patio is nice.

You get a good size pizza for the price… but, the taste isn’t anything special and the slices are gargantuan. My kids love pizza and can usually eat several slices, only ate one slice and it took forever because of the size. Had plenty of leftovers due to the blandness.

I am originally from NY and you just cannot find true NY style pizza in Texas except here. Huge foldable slices where the crust is crispy and the cheese stays intact unlike some where one bite and you pull all the cheese off. The serviceis great and everything is wonderful. I plan to try the gelato today. Usually too full for dessert. Keep up the good work.

Hands down our favorite restaurant in Longview!!! Super family friendly setting with delicious food served hot and fresh. Everything on their menus is excellent. The XXL pizza is huge and super convenient when you need to feed a small army… if you can fit the box in your car. Warning: the XXL pizza is huge!!! The baked chicken, stromboli & Calzone it’s delicious too. The fact that it’s all baked fresh in a stone oven is the best finishing touch. I don’t agree with the previous reviews that the staff is disorganized… as often as we dine there I’ve never had Isis with customer service. Although the ice machine on the drink machine is super slow sometimes. Try the gelato :) super yummy!

Suppa with the bride! We were on this side of town and wanted a bite. Mostly chain stores around here. The store is clean, really clean. Has outdoor seating but no real personality to it. Just a busy road. The staff, huh, could have been a little betta. Seemed unorganized. Some people got their food before they got their drinks. Some of us got seconds on our drink before we got our food. Selection was plentiful and presented well. They have it all, pizza, pasta, salad, lasagna, dessert and a large selection of caffeine. I ordered the spinach calzone. More bread than spinach and cheese. The marinara was okay. I give them 3 stars due to the selection but honestly, Pizza King has the better pie.

The food is really good here. The front is nice and clean. There seems to be a theory X dynamic among the staff. No team work and one staff member who keeps asking who took the order. Took a while to get our order while others got theirs quickly. Hit or miss with service. Price was a little high. Opted out of a salad when I saw the price.

My family’s fav pizza in Longview– great thin crust, and wonderful salads. Their Greek salad is soo good. Also yummy desserts– tiramisu especially.

I agree with Julie’s review. I think I too was a different restaurant then the fellow reviewers. I ordered an x-large cheese pizza for take-out, originally it was supposed to be a large but the lady on the phone said for only a dollar more you can order an x-large — BIGMISTAKE! I ended up eating half a slice of pizza and throwing the rest away — so wasteful. The pizza tasted funny like the cheese was old, and the pizza sauce was disgusting. the thin crust was not up to par as a true NY style pizza. I asked if they had garlic butter sauce and they literally gave me a cup full of melted butter with garlic juice or something in it. If I remember correctly, I had to pay extra for that butter dip too. We all have different tastes, by all means try this place for yourself and make your own decision on the NY style pizza/calzones.

I think I went to a different restaurant than the rest of you. The layout is a bit strange, you order at the counter and they bring you your food, then at the end you’re supposed to go back to the counter to pay. My mom and I shared a Pepperoni Calzone — it was rubbery and tasted as though it had been sitting out all day. My father’s sausage calzone was worse. The meat was not even identifiable. My SIL had the spinach lasagna with the cheese sauce — it was really pretty good. The ice machine wasn’t working(which they didn’t tell us at first) and we had to ask for ice for each cup — they weren’t particularly pleasant about us asking so much. My father ordered iced tea that tasted like it was 3 days old.
