I really miss the«old» Joes. It was a lot better. Food now is so so. It seems like quite a bit of it comes frozen. Doesn’t seem as fresh and savory as it used to be. This crew also seems a little«short» on the patience. Friendly-ish. You do get quite a large portion size for the price. I’d rather have fresher food in smaller portions instead of frozen items heated up.

Absolutely phenomenal New York style pizza. We order here almost once a week, and have to say it’s some of the best pizza in East Texas. We usually order a custom pizza creation and sometimes order their spinach/Alfredo sauce special. We love the family style service too. Overall, I highly recommend Joe’s for their pizza and service.

Good Italian restaurant run by a very nice family. Rare to see husband, wife and daughters working together now days. The food is always consistently good, especially the pizza. My wife has yet to find a dish she didn’t like. In this age of fast food everything, it is nice to sit down and eat something that taste homemade.

Some of the worst pizza I have ever had. Don’t believe the folks that are telling you this is the best pizza in Longview because it isn’t. I have had their supreme pizza before and there are very few toppings and what is there is not up to par with Pizza Hut or Papa John’s, much less a place like Pizza King. Went back and tried an 18 inch chicken, spinach, and mushroom Alfredo Pizza. Disgusting. First, the toppings were sparse. They take maybe half of a small chicken breast, half of a medium sized button mushroom, and maybe two table spoons of frozen spinach and spread it out over the 18 inch pizza with hardly any cheese. Of course a flavorless Alfredo sauce is the base. When I opened the box I was taken aback by the POOLS of fat/grease that were all over the pizza. Grease was POURING, not dripping, but POURING off of the slices. Of course this made the crust limp and soggy. Instead of throwing it out, I decided to put it in the fridge overnight and try it cold the next day. BIGMISTAKE. The pizza was glued to the bottom of the box by all the congealed grease. The bottom of the pizza looked like a glazed donut. There was so much white fat stuck to the bottom of it that it turned my stomach just looking at it. I decided that was enough and threw the crap away. I would have fed it to the dogs, but it probably would have made them sick. I don’t know what they do in order to have all of the grease/fat floating on top of their pizza, but they are clearly incompetent fools, and so is anyone who eats at this place and gives it a good review.

Ordered the Chicken Parm… found out after I ordered it that they use frozen breaded chicken patties… yuck! Place was dated, wait staff was pleasant but the sampling of the food I had was less than stellar.

Business Lunch– Clean, long family history at this location. Service– good! Was met and seated. A drink order was placed and the bread is good. Food– In the last couple of weeks, I’ve been here twice. Each time, the Spinach Roll. PLENTYGOOD! Cheese, plenty of spinach and again, the bread was great. Baked to perfection. No alcohol on the permises. Italian food and no offering of wine? Criminal!!! Good lunch spot. Do this!
