Man the only good thing I can say about this place is it was clean. And the person at the counter was nice. The sandwich was moderate at best. They have a round bun and no meat was showing out of the sides. I was really disappointed because my wife remembered it as being amazing when she was there several years ago. I was expecting an amazing deli style shop and it was more like a Subways sandwich on a round bun. With a name like that I was just expecting more I guess… now I know… lesson learned. I did see there is a Deli Zone in the area. I would definitely eat there before here. Jus’ sayin’

This is a Schlotzsky’s, and a fairly well run one. Manager Mike is friendly and runs a tight ship. There is enough room here so even when it’s busy, it doesn’t feel crowded. I recommend their new pasta dishes.

I had never heard of Schlotzsky’s until I randomly ended up at this location. It’s kinda located in a ghost-town(because the mall is being rebuilt), which was a bit odd. The first sandwich I had here was ham or something… And it was kinda gross. But that was a few months ago so I decided to try one of their sandwiches without meat instead! I had the original cheese and it was pretty good! It didn’t seem like there was actually a lot of stuff on it, besides bread. Luckily their rolls are good. For the quality, the sandwiches are pretty darn pricey. The staff here is really nice though! So that’s a major plus! Alas, I don’t think I would eat here often unless it was a random craving.

Most expensive sandwiches in Colorado. Granted this was a year or so ago, but still something to note. Placed an order for two sandwiches and drinks, total was $ 18.85. So the cashier rings it up as $ 1885.85 and submits it. She refunds the money instantly(which takes two weeks to process on a debit), and then recharges for the correct amount. Now I have to wait two weeks for the bank to refund my $ 2,000, AND they charged me for my sandwich. Luckily my landlord was understanding. Called the owner to see if there was something he could do to speed up the process, he had no idea it happened. After he found out, he seemed to not care much. The thing that really chapped my ass about this was that they couldn’t even comp my sandwich. Not even a free cookie. Nope. Just a «sorry we accidentally charged you $ 2000 for a sandwich, good luck paying rent.»

My office always order sandwiches and wraps from Schlotzsky. The style of Schlotzsky is light. It’s not too heavy, but the taste is not bad. I also tried their classic cheese cake once in their restaurant. I love this kind of New York style more than the ones in Cheese Cake Factory or Old Chicago. The size is just perfect for a dessert. Cheese is dense and thick. It needs several seconds to melt in the mouth, but others are just soft and like ice cream. This Cheese cake is more delicious if you buy it to go and make it in your refrigerator for 1 hour.
