Patient and knowledgeable service. Red Wing Shoes may just make me a regular loyal customer. Abbey was awesome. She showed me the whole process for caring for my shoes and even helped me polish up the load old boots I had on my feet.

We recently visited this store to get my partner a pair of boots for work. It was a Sunday, early afternoon, and the only associate in the store, Thomas, was completely swamped. However, he didn’t get flustered once. He greeted us immediately upon entering and listened to what we were looking for. He explained briefly who was ahead of us to receive his attention. He handled the entire situation with grace and professionalism, so no one got antsy! When it was our turn, he helped us make the best decision possible, and my partner loves his new boots! Great example of a local business delivering a high quality experience. Not to mention the boots are well-​crafted and come with a lifetime warranty. Give Thomas a promotion!
