I feel like I have been posting a lot of reviews where I complain about cleanliness and food handling, but maybe it is the only way to get some of these companies to start listening. Just visited this Arby’s location and have been coming here for quite some time. The lady working the register handled cash, rubbed her eye twice, did not wash her hands and then proceeded to handle my food. To add to it, she was not wearing gloves. I’m sorry but this is just gross to me. As I have said in other reviews, I have been the victim of food poisoning before and it is no fun. If restaurants would just take this a little bit more seriously I would feel a lot more comfortable going out to eat. As it stands right now I feel as if I am taking a chance eating the food that I have just purchased. Make your customers feel more comfortable, Arby’s. Please. You can afford to do it. And you can’t afford not to.

All I have to say is how do you miss count an order of 2 chicken tenders. Should be pretty easy, yea? I guess not. Got home and my son’s meal only had one. If you can’t count to two you don’t need my business.

Well hell. That was a first. I just had their new sliders and I was amazed. Hot fresh and delish. I got one of each(5 types) and each was big enough to be a small meal. So I only after bite or two of each. ALL5 were great through. Even the service was good. Whoda thunk it at Arbys?

Usually I love Arbys, the only thing that bothers me is the drive thru line… no matter how long or short it takes FOREVER to get your food. I was rather disappointed in my trip last night to this location. I was asked if i wanted to try a beef and cheddar combo(which is what i was gonna order anyway) I said yes i do! she then proceeded to tell me they were out of their original bun for that sandwhich.(the bun is one of the reasons i love that sandwhich) I was very disappointed in arbys. How could they run out of an item like that… especially offer it to someone as well?

Place always sends coupons in mail to me. Everytime I go I always feel full long afterwards and actually notice it. I usally dont have that at other places. The prices are a little high but you can still get something at a low cost. Nice inside and food is good has its own style. Would suggest to others to try. Fries are great as well.
