Dunkin’ Donuts

Good and efficient service as it should be. Quite the clean location with staff that are friendly enough. My caramel latte was too sweet.

I hate that our neighborhood is being destroyed by the likes of mass-​produced retailers like this.

Been to this Dunkin location now a couple of times and I am just ticked off about the staff and service so much that I had to post this. This morning I stopped by, went out of my way, because I felt like treating myself to Dunkin for breakfast instead of other options in LIC. I waited at the counter only to have to Shift Leader skip me and take the next person in line’s order! I complained to deaf ears. I get taken next, the person had an issue taking my order with the app, but eventually processed it correctly. Then, I was watching my food be made and noticed they made it without the egg in my wakeup wrap. I take it out to show them, they made me a new one after making two other orders’ food. I got nothing beyond a passing «sorry» as they ran back to work for the 2 people waiting to order. This place doesn’t know what they are doing. I won’t be going out of my way for this Dunkin again anytime soon.

I have a love/​hate relationship with this place. I have enjoyed living in an area that has few chains. But I also have a weak spot for dunkin, their chai and bacon egg and cheese in particular. The food and drink here is the same as every other. The staff is generally nice. They are clearly new and still trying to figure it all out. I have had problems with the service and they are quick, honestly it’s mainly that they have a hard time understanding me and vice versa. There are a few women that always have a smile on their face which is very nice

I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they just opened up a few weeks ago. They’re new and inexperienced. To sum them up in one woed, I’d say INCOMPETENT.. for now. They don’t even match up to the team on Vernon blvd.
I’ve been there several times and this review will be my last until they get their act together.
When I went in, there was a guy by the register but messing with some boxes. they’re always organizing something and never ready for customers. I literally had to wait 2 minutes until he noticed he had a customer and then asked someone else for the code to the register. Seriously?
So now it’s time to wait for my order. They sure take their time making simple sandwiches. So I got my sandwich but not my MEDIUM iced tea. I showed my receipt that said MD iced tea. They gave me a SMALL iced tea. I just took it and left. I was at work on my unpaid 30min break. I spent 15min in dunkin donuts and I didn’t even stay to eat. THAT IS BAD! Get your act together, guys.
The customer space is REALLY SMALL, considering that the store that was there before, had plenty room for their buffet and customers. I don’t get why their workers need so much space and they’re so slow. DD on vernon has a small cooking space plus they serve Baskin robins and they’re pretty fast. They’re pretty great with customer service as well. Customer space I can ignore, but this review was mainly about the workers. They are not on point. Do not go there if you have to be somewhere in a hurry. Caveat emptor!
I’m avoiding this place for a few months or a year until they improve their efficiency and workflow. I’ll take the longer walk and go to vernon.

Really nice workers & helpful. I’m so glad it is 24hrs. The inside is very clean and tidy. I have yet to use the bathroom or check the WiFi. But believe me I will. So glad to finally have a chain I like blocks from my apartment.
