I don’t understand the low reviews. I started coming here December 2012. My PCP Safiya is a doll! She’s been very helpful with all of my health issues. The nurses are the best nurses I’ve ever had. I see usually the same nurses regularly. Only Jennifer’s name seems to come to mind at the moment. But I can honestly list five of them as the best ever! You can tell that they care about their patients. I’m able to call in, and be in and out in about an hr. Today I was here to see Stacy (the nutritionist, who is great BTW. Very supportive and helpful). I asked to be put as a walk in to see Safiya. The appt with Stacy and the walk in took an hour and 20mins total. I’ve even called because of concerns about my meds before and Safiya is good to get back to me within a few hrs of my call. I’ve even recommended it to my brother, who was having panic attacks and they saw him right away. And the doctors thoroughly went over my brother’s concerns and health history for 45mins, before suggesting medications and a psychiatric referral. Now that’s Great service.

Prepare to spend your entire day in this place. Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not, you will wait minimum 3 – 4 hrs. Last time I was there, I was the second one there and I was the last to be seen. They’re not organized and do not treat you very nice and they obviously are not respecting of anyone’s time. Once you finally make it inside, you will be sitting there for another hr and a half before the doctor actually comes in to see you. It’s just awful!!! However, that being said, the nurses in this place are amazingly awesome.

You cannot do a walk in visit here.
You can, however, walk in and get a condescending attitude from the girls behind the desk.

I have already been here a few times as a patient with an appointment. The staff is always rude and rarely answer any of the calls. It took me 4 hours just to see a doctor about a bad reaction to medication. I will be switching immediately.
