The ATMs are on the ground floor, while the teller and other bank services are located in the basement. It’s never crowded and the staff is always very helpful and friendly!

Good bank but bad location. Who puts a bank in the basement? This is not a good bank for disabled people. But if you actually are by the train station part you would see that there is a bank here. The atms are upstairs which is ok I guess but if you need actual help downstairs it is. They really need to figure out a different layout for this place. I would be an unhappy camper if this was my bank. But the good thing is that the staff is always nice to my boyfriend whenever he goes to make a deposit or ask questions.

This bank is a bit hidden, you would think for a bank being in the Citibank Building it would be a little more prominent than it is, this bank is stuffed away in the basement, near the entrance to the subway, to maximize traffic/​exposure more than likely. It’s accessible to those that are going towards the subway and all of the employees of the citi building. However, if you were walking by on street level you would not even think there was a bank here.
It’s safe and secure, there are about 3 ATM’s and after hours the ATM’s are never busy at all, sometimes you are the only one in here, aside from the cleaning lady.
