Just ordered my usual chicken souvlaki wrap and everything was wrong about it. They forgot the fries my mother ordered and ruined my brothers food order as well AND he tried to charge him twice for it! There is only one person who works there that actually knows how to do his job (I’m not sure what his name is, but he was running the deliveries tonight). When Andy’s first opened it was great with service and food. The owner Andy is a great and hard working guy, but the individuals he has employed in the recent year are bringing his business down.

I watched the clock and read and sipped my iced tea for 17 minutes before going back up to the counter and asking them to wrap up my order when it was ready. Then I found out the kitchen had forgotten my order.
I waited some more, paid and left with my takeout and didn’t find out it was wrong until I got home. I ordered Barbeque Chicken Panini with fries, twice. What I got was Grilled Chicken Panini with fries.
I can understand being second priority after Grubhub orders, but there is no excuse for these two mistakes. PLEASE WRITE DOWN ALL ORDERS if you’re used to making them from paper orders.
Their pizza is good.

We ordered the Cheeseburger Deluxe, Pizza, and Milkshakes last night (Yeah we ate a lot, so what! :))
No complaints whatsoever. As a matter of fact, everything tasted great and the steak fries are perfect. Okay maybe one complaint — for 4.50 I think the shakes could be a little bigger. ;) Solid spot!

I ordered online and received quick and friendly delivery. I ordered the 8-​count wings with hot sauce. Sauce was ok but was clearly a basic hot sauce that could be bought anywhere. Wings were fried great but were terrible cuts. Too small, little meat with large bones. They weren’t the worst wings ever but I’ve had much better. Probably won’t order again.

Had the Super Burger Deluxe today and a cookies and cream milkshake. Although I walked into andys randomly today I was not expecting a burger and steak fries to be do good, im honestly surprised this place isnt on a top 10 burgers and milkshakes joint for Long Island City. Burger was cooked exactly to my liking (medium well), fries were crispy on the outside and like mash on the inside, the fried onioms ad mushrooms complimented the swiss perfectly. The cookies and cream milkshake didnt look like it was prepared in any fancy matter but I can easily put it next to ine from Friendlys. Will order again and bring my buddies here. Fair pricing too.

I ordered the California Cobb Salad and the Pineapple C smoothie today. I was blown away by the salad, the dressing was incredible. Ive been trying to lose weight for some time now and Ive found my new lunch spot. Vegetables were fresh, tender chicken although I had ordered it without the bacon. The pineapple C smoothie did it for me during this weather. Naturally sweet from the fruits and I had added brown sugar and a bit of honey for my sweeth tooth. Very good consistency, not watery, good portion size and fairly priced. Will order these for lunch again!

My boyfriend and I always order from this place since we love their pasta, specifically the Malibu Chicken. It’s always been delicious and filling, with fresh pineapple, grilled chicken, great cream sauce and a side of homemade bread. Well, couldn’t say the same for this particular dish the other day. We ordered it a few nights ago and noticed immediately the cream sauce was very watered down and the pasta was completely soaked in sauce (more so than usual). We both ate the pasta and did not feel so well the next day, total stomach discomfort and nausea.
The sauce was definitely not made fresh and the dish itself was poorly prepared. We will give this place another shot for sure, but I don’t think we will order anytime soon.
