From the time I walked in the door I felt uncomfortable. I felt like the staff were rushing me. My turkey sandwich was bland so I asked for salt and pepper. They didn’t have any. I repeated my question… you don’t have seasoning for your sandwiches? The person behind the counter called out something about a seasoning with oregano. I said «why didn’t you tell me that in the first place?» Staff was rude, the sandwich was «so so» AND I WOULD NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE!

The Jimmy johns sandwhich is great. I always get the Vito and it is good. But I have to tell you that this jimmy johns sucks because they claim all this marketing that they actually deliver but when I asked them to deliver the sandwich to me at a house less than 1 Mile Away, they refused to deliver! How the hell can they market fast delivery when they cannot even deliver 1 mile away! For this reason, they suck because they refuse to deliver within a 1 mile radius!!!

This one’s located in Long Grove, in the Best Buy parking lot. I hate getting in/​out of this shopping center, but whatever… that doesn’t affect the food or service here.
Nice clean location. Quick service (I’d go so far as to even say freaky fast). Food’s fresh and satisfies the pallet.
Delicious, sandwiches made on the freshest of bread. High quality lunch meat Made to order.
Also, order online! Delivery!
