Dr Young is awesome. Very friendly, helpful, and informative.
Nurse Jan is a bit mean. She seems older and jaded and seems to rush people out of there. It all felt a bit racist. She rushed us out after our appointment telling us to get labs but didnt even file the paperwork for it until the LABS HAD TO CALL HER. She seemed to have a lack of empathy and short fuse common with a high volume medical practice. Her demeanor was more «do this it’s good for you» rather than Dr. Young’s «boy, I’ve been there».

Dr. Young has the best bed side manner that I have ever seen! She performed my mom’s first knee replacement and did a marvelous job. My mom is 82 and I was afraid but Dr. Young explained everything. The surgery went well and my mom just loves Dr. Young.

I Iove Dr. Young! I have a knee injury and am out of work. I told Dr. Young my concerns and time constraints and she informed me of my options. She thoroughly explained my injury to me and was reluctant to suggest surgery as a first option. I was impressed with her communication skills and her understanding of my situation, not to mention her knowledge. Great Dr.
