We used Shannon to take care of one of our pups who recently had surgery. She kept constant communication throughout the day with texts and photos of the dogs. We had a special circumstance and we needed someone to watch the pup on a round the clock schedule. Shannon was willing and flexible in providing this service, which many other services we contacted were not. She was able to accommodate to us and was so loving towards our dogs. We will continue to use her services in the future. Shannon put our minds at ease, and we had nothing to worry about since she is not only certified in Pet CPR and First Aid, but also a dog lover like ourselves!

We used Shannon for our three black cats while we went on vacation. Some people don’t want to take care of black kitties but she did a great job. She texted us about how they were doing, with pictures, and when we came home everyone was totally calm. Usually they hide when we come home but everyone was in their place just waiting for us. Will use her again the next trip we take.
She was also flexible about coming and had no problem when our plans changed.
