The Cog and Crank

Came in for a quick tune up, front tire repair (tube replace), and mounting a rack on back of my girlfriend’s bike (Public)… they did it all in the spot — fantastic work! Said if I had any trouble or needed refinements to just bring it back. This is my new shop!

Just the best bike shop ever. Hands down can compete with all professional bike shops around. If you need anything bike related just head there.

First of all, the peeps here are real chill and down to earth, real good people! The main thing I liked about this shop is the service. I’ve been to many cycle shops and these guys make you feel like your in there to spend $ 10,000 but I only spent $ 185 after they really helped me with other issues on my Cannondale Caad10 that I didn’t originally go in for free.
They didn’t charge me an arm and leg for my work and made my bike feel even better then it was before, well before my accident. They also gave me a timeframe for my bike to be ready on Monday and exceeded my expectations and got it ready today, Saturday.
This shop is on point with their repairs and their people. Felique and Will were real helpful walking me through the steps and always keeping me posted so I wasn’t it the dark at all about my bike. Shop is in a prime location and I will be going here for all my cycling needs. Just waiting now for them to get some shop jerseys so I can sport them and tell everyone I know how great this spot is!

These guys are great. I always got my bike fixed here when I lived in LB. They really took the time to show me how to do simple things (take the front wheel off, tighten the brakes etc) I thought that was great. Highly recommend.

I went in to swap my parts from my current bike to a new frame. They handled it professionally, correctly and most of all quickly. They felt my excitement to ride and made sure everything was done correctly and legit so I can ride and most of be safe. One of the most helpful bike shops I’ve been to. Thanks guys!

Good he fixs my flat tire but they don’t have my interior but he patch it and he adjust my front wheel he said that’s free but I still need to come back for the full service for my front wheel but it’s price is fair it got my bike running right away good job thanks

Very friendly staff. Philiki is the guy to go to and will they’ll take care of you and have you out in no time. The shop is very well organized. what I like the most is that they close at 7 PM

First time coming to this shop. right away i was greeted by the staff. Who was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions in detail and did not try to up sell me on any item that i did not need or want.
This bike shop is located of of Atlantic the shop has a modern vibe to it and a verity of bikes on display. .

Will and the staff at Cog and Crank are professional and courteous. I’ve been there several time since I move to Long Beach from North Hollywood.

Great locals. They replaced all 3 tubes on my jogging stroller on the spot and gave me a great deal.

Hired these guys to put together a bike for my daughter. They did a great job and have ‘fine tuned’ it a few times for little to no charge. Great if you need a bike repair, tune up etc.

Filiki and Will are the best they treat you as if your part of their family I would definitely recommend this bike shop.
