Sign says«open 6am-11pm every day», got there at 10:50pm to get a quick bite to eat after work. Doors were locked, closing manager didn’t pay attention to us. Guess they should change the signs to 10:50pm. First and last time at this location.

I don’t like giving one stars, but this place still irritates me from an incident a couple months ago. They ran after me to pay $ 1 for the avocado I asked for, even though it was their fault that they didn’t apply it in my total. But the biggest issue was how rude and aggressive the guy was.

This is my local Subway, and other than the familiar and comforting warm aroma of Italian meats and toasted bread that you can find at any Subway in America, there is a reason I haven’t taken my business to another Subway about a mile away: the customer service is SPOTON. Today, I had an associate named Mona, who was incredibly helpful when I asked for any tips on saving half of my footlong for lunch tomorrow. She is a very friendly and accommodating young lady, one of the best I have had the pleasure of meeting at this location. In addition, I’ve had the best sub sandwiches of my life made fresh at this location, everything from my juvenile cold cut combo on wheat, to my highly specialized tuna melt during my brief pescatarian phase, to crunchy veggie delites, back to the tuna(which just finished eating for dinner). If you’re in the Long Beach area, stop by this location. You will not be disappointed.

Horrible customer service. 915am, no customers, and I order coffee and asked for creamer that was refridgerated; not the 8 remaining warm ones that were dirty and gross. I was told creamers are never refrigerated and what was out was all they had. I saw 3 employees on duty and all were in the back room. Love subway; not this one. never will return to this subway. HORRIBLE customer service.

Had lunch here today and was not overly impressed. Employees greeted me but seemed forced to. I was the only one in there at the time so didn’t exactly feel the most welcomed. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken on flatbread with pepper jack. I got it toasted but I guess the girl making my bread left in oven for too long and the bread burned on the corners. I saw her slicing off the burned edges with a knife. The sandwich was your standard tasting subway sandwich with a pound of lettuce. The top of sandwich was hard as it was burned. Not the best experience so will consider going to the other location on Bellflower Blvd to see if their service is any better.

Subways is Subways, you can be fairly confident to get the same quality and taste everywhere you go. The biggest difference to me is the customer service and this location was a bummer. He was efficient but colder than the cold cuts. I wish we could just order online and pick up so I wouldn’t have to deal with these disgruntled employees as much.

My god this place sucks I have ordered from them a few times and almost every time they have messed up one way or another. Well this time they really did me wrong messed one of my favorite meals… breakfast. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on flat bread with tomatoes cheese onions what I got was not what I ordered I got no cheese no onions and hot lettuce yuck which I didn’t order! And it seemed like the person who was making my sandwich realized they made a mistake because there wasn’t that much lettuce as they normal would put on because you know they like to pile it on! So instead of trying to fix they just left and toasted it making it gross yucky hot lettuce not a good way to start my day with a disappointed sandwich! just like Joey on friends I love sandwiches and I know subway is not the best place to get a sandwich but just like toomuch bucks for coffee they are everywhere and have a cool app so you can order and pick up and get a free cookie with every order. which for some reason they are crazy good(the cookie).

I eat out everyday since I work out in the field and don’t mind a cheap meal as long as it fills my stomach. This location has been remodeled for the better, offering public restrooms to customers; very important if you have dirty hands. It also offers more tables than before. No stingy workers either. Often times I have to ask for extra ingredients because I’ll get a leaf or two of spinach.

What girl or guy goes to subway and is completely and totally excited about being there? No one on Unilocal, that’s for sure! As Unilocalpers, we have the low down on the good sandwiches and it sure ain’t here at Subway. So why the 3 stars, Karey R. Well, I am giving this Subway 3 stars because they are giving me exactly what I came for… a low calorie sandwich so I can make it through the door at my next Unilocal event. This Subway is clean, convenient and attentive, exactly what I came for.

So, I have decided that we are tentatively(and I say that with a quivering lip and a shaking hand) back on weight watchers. While on weight watchers, your fast food choices are SUBWAY oooooooooooooorrrrrrrrrr… SUBWAY. SO this is our friendly neighborhood SUBWAY when we need a quick bite, are too tired to cook, and are maybe on our way to an Angels game. Since everyone and their mom has at one point in their life eaten at Subway, i’ll tell you how to get the best bang for your buck on weight watchers! And only about eight of you will care. My weight watchers 6″ at 5 delicious points: 6 inch turkey breast on honey oat. No cheese. With one squeeze of delicious fat free honey mustard. Cucumbers on the bottom. Lots of lettuce, green peppers, pickles and olives. Oh and pepper, i am a pepper monkey. Add some baked lays and a diet coks, and you have a delicious(well in subway standards) 7 point meal right there! When I was a young teenager… I worked at a subway open till midnight, in the ghetto. At 17, I was the night assistant manager working with 40 year olds… ahhh the memories. You’d think this would have scarred me for life(the stories I could tell you!), but if you want a sandwich you could have made yourself but are too lazy to do so… you know where to go! Also, don’t eat the tuna!
