Arrive at 1120 a.m. in a Sunday morning and can’t get a breakfast sandwich. Breakfast ends at 11 a.m. that’s ok I don’t have to eat here.

I went there today and one of the employee was helping me. I asked him for a couple of different veggies to add in my sandwich and he started cussing in his language(Hindi) that I happen to speak and understand as well. I confronted him and asked to speak to the manager but he refused to give me his information. Worst customer service ever!

Great subway and nice staff. I always come here to grab lunch before work. The only problem is that there isn’t enough staff, because every time I come there is a long line and only 2 workers. Hopefully they put more staff on schedule during the busy lunch hour.

Never really had a «bad experience» here and the food… well…the food is typical subway standard in taste… but I had to comment about today’s experience… Walk in and the girl asks, «are you buying sandwiches?»…noticing that we were standing at the cash register(sorry but the register used to be at the other end of the counter… old habit, I guess). «back of the line is over here», pointing to the«order here» sign. We step up and her co-worker says«what would you like?» Before we went any further, I ask«Can you break a hundred dollar bill?» The kid(male…maybe in his late teens /early 20s) blankly stares at me… mumbling something under his breath… I ask again«Can you break a hundred dollar bill???»… Again, he stands there… glances over at his co-worker(who doesn’t acknowledge his bewildered look)…looks back at me and doesn’t really shake his head… does a move that tells me with his body that«um…well…I don’t know… I guess not… ummmmm…yeah…» The wife and I walk out puzzled… and sandwich-less. Note to management: If you’re going to hire people who need to interact with the public, hire people who can open their mouths and talk. I understand in this day of texting and email, the English language has been limited to «LOL» and«OMG», but for Christ sake, OPENYOURFUCKINGMOUTHANDTALK!!! Thanks.

Usually I like this subway. No qualms just the usual subway experience with quirky zit nosed teens serving you. But today I had exceptionally rude service. Both my boyfriend and I asked for things and she either forgot or reasked. She wasn’t polite about either. She was just as snotty right back. She didn’t have a hearing problem just attitude. I probably won’t go back to that location for a few years till she’s in college.
