This location is welcoming from the moment you walk-​in. The employees are friendly and great people. Service is amazing always ready to serve you even when there are many customers. Wish I had asked the server for her name, but she definitely packed it with plenty of veggies and made me a delicious sandwich. I was very satisfied.

This particular subway is less than 5 minutes from my house so of course I always come to this one for the convenience but the staff is not good. A bunch of young girls who are gossiping the whole time, laughing at customers and giving funky looks to people. I understand working with friends means girl talk but come on. The line is always really long when I come in and it takes the girl forever to make my sandwich. Its not a hard job. The owner is also unfriendly. Last time I came in he was on his phone speaking to someone while ringing me up, Uh really?!

My boyfriend was a frequent customer in this Subway, buy after getting food poisoning, I won’t be coming back. I’m not too sure about my boyfriend, he tends to forgive and forget… but I simply can’t forget. *sigh* –_–

It was my first time in this Subways and it was a Saturday so I’m used to the crowd. But with everything being hectic, the staff was GREAT! There were five women working but each one of them had such a positive attitude. Made a couple recommendations, offered special deals and what they enjoy. I’ve been use to going to the 24 hour subway on Woodruff but the staff there can be sometimes rude but this SUBWAY specifically was the best in the area! I absolutely recommend this spot!

I ’ m giving this location a one star not because of the food but because I found a cockroach in the bathroom on its back and the sucker was still alive. It’s clear that the bathroom has not been thoroughly cleaned in days if not weeks. Since there was one cockroach… I’m sure there are plenty more. Because of this incident… I surely not eat here again!

I always eat here. Generally speaking the employees are nice and service is fast. They always greet you when you come in the door. Sandwiches always made as asked and I’ve never gotten attitude when I want extras.
