I’ve been a customer here for years and the customer service has always been outstanding, but the service and follow up were so above anything I expected, I had to write a review. I was completely out of a medication that needed re-authorization by Blue Shield, a process that can take a week. Ken, the pharmacist, suggested I call the MD’s office and ask for samples, then explained how to get a faster response from Blue Shield. I got it authorized in two days. Then, it turned out Sav-On was out of the medication, but the pharmacy tech called nearby stores, found the med, and transferred my prescription. This is only one example of the quality of service I’ve gotten from the Sav-On team at this location. This is the best pharmacy in town because of the high level of personal service.
