Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza here and disappointed with the amount of cheese they put on it. Burned it too, and did not have Parmesan cheese either. The staff seemed like they’re rushing and wasn’t courteous to customers. Pizza Hut is good but don’t get it from this store. I don’t recommend this store at all.

Came here NYE because I wanted to celebrate with some pizza, and some time with the boyfriend! When he got off from work, we went straight to Pizza hut picked up 2 of their medium pizzas.
For those of you who are wondering, you can place your order online, and then you just go there pay and pick up. If there was a Dominos nearby I would have prefered to pick up pizza from there, because all you have to do is pay online, and then you go pick it up.
I ordered 2 different types of pizza, one for him, and one for me. I think the meatballs on his pizza were a little too big, because his pizza fell apart right when he took a slice. I still really love their pan pizza!

I called to ordered the triple threat deal 2 medium pizzas and a chocolate chip cookie and I was told that they didn’t have that deal, how ridiculous is that! Don’t bother with this store.

Placed my order 4 hours in advance but still had to wait. In fact, I had to wait even after my order was ready while the employees had personal conversations for 15 minutes until I yelled hello a couple times to get their attention & then my order was cold. Lousy customer service at this location!

Ordered a pizza at 11pm and it said it would arrive at 11:55. It is currently 12:40 and it has not arrived, I was not notified about the status of my order or delivery time, and the store is conveniently closed.

Called in to place a delivery order on a fight night; Gisselle did her best to satisfy our cravings and our budget! We were missing a topping on one pizza that’s why they got the 4

Pizza hut is a straight up rip-​off so 9 dollars gets you a standard medium Pizza and extra topping is a 1.09 that crazy and stupid. There is no deal ordering pizza from this place and far better pizza at a cheaper price at local pizza shops. One would think after paying a dollar for a topping get the pizza would come loaded nope. I will not return it doesn’t surprise me this place has such low ratings

Literally just finished pooping out the $ 17 dollar delivery pizza I ordered an hour ago. It was so bad, the dough wasn’t crispy, I don’t think it was fully cooked. That would explain my recent trip to the bathroom.

I ordered a pizza on the site said it would take 40 mins to deliver .
It’s forty mins and I get a call telling me that they are out of what I ordered. Why it take the whole time to tell me they don’t have it.
They are useless.

This place is the worst. It’s never as simple as placing an order and having it delivered. I ordered a big box meal online, after jumping through all the online hoops to get it done, they call me to tell me the deal is no longer available. Take it off the site then! Today I placed another order for two medium pizzas. They are out of their «hand tossed crust» for medium pizzas. It’s a pizza place. You don’t have any pizza crust? «We have thin n crispy crust» oh, you mean that burned cardboard with toppings on it? Pass. I hate this place. It’s the closest one with wingstreet wings so I get food from here occasionally because those are good, but I hate this place. The employees are never helpful. They deliver when they feel like it and other times just give us bs excuses for why they won’t deliver. So yeah, if you like a place that hits the mark about 30% of the time, look no further.

I just tried ordering for delivery & I ask for a cheesy bites pizza and the guy that takes my whole order and waits till last minute to say they don’t have that pizza at the moment ??? Like ok? So I get hung up on & when I call back to place a new order he tells me to hold for a sec and I waited for a while so I hungup, so disrespectful. I obviously get upset and call back. Richard (his name) tells me to «take a chill» I really hope the manager wrote him up. Never again calling this place

Friday evening ordered a pizza 4 toppings received a cold pizza with hardly any topping which I paid extra for seriously it not that hard to make pizza not ordering from here ever again 45 mins for a cold top less pizza

This Pizza Hut is the size of a small hut, I guess they kept their name in mind while building the store. It is located in the corner of the plaza near Einstein bro, kinda hidden. I ordered a large, stuffed crust pizza online-​meat mania, with green peppers, red onions, and mushrooms– and it was only $ 17, which is pretty cheap for all the toppings we had and it being stuffed crust. The cheese was very flavorful and warm with a nice buttery crust, and they did not skimp on the toppings. The service was very quick and friendly, I would definitely return to this location.

2 consecutive times I have gotten the worst service EVER. Both times I have had to wait for my carry-​out order more than 40 minutes in the store because the employees actually forget to make my pizza. Both times the employees have appeared confused and unknowledgeable. Neither times have I received at least a «I’m sorry for the wait» nor at least any reassurance that they are taking care of making the pizza that was ordered WAY in advanced. Ridiculously incapable people running this place.

My spouse went into this store tonight to order the advertised gluten free crust pizza. The employee at the counter initially appeared to have no knowledge of this item, but then discovered (presumably) they did have this option to sell. But, then stated that they only had certain topping combinations for the gluten free crust (that he initially seemed unaware about). So, ordered a small pizza, which was rung up at $ 16 — for a friggin’ 10″ small pizza. Wanting to try, paid and took home (we live less than 1 mi. away — actually .4 mi. distance).
The pizza itself was a very thin crust, which seemed a touch overcooked, with limited toppings and almost no sauce,. Plus, it was not what one could call hot (barely warm); the drive home was not far enough to overly cool the pizza by arrival home.
We realize this is part of a larger chain, but there’s no excuse for the resulting bad customer service, lack of knowledge about products and special offerings. Not what we’ve come to know and expect from Pizza Hut. There are many other pizza options available locally; realistically, we’ll not patronize this store again for some time. Not a good experience; better/​more staff training is a must (as well as review of overpriced pricing structure).

Worst home delivery system ever. The manager at night time is an ass. Got pizza delivered after 2 hours and all cold. Then they wouldn’t even pick up the call. Just one driver for delivery. Dont ever deliver from them. Better go pick it up your self.

Placed a phone order with them, and the lady on the other side was so nice and helpful, even though I was speed-​ordering a Create-​A-​Pizza from memory and didn’t want to forget it. She was super patient, and when I got there, she and the other person working were just the nicest people! She opened up the boxes to show me my orders, which I appreciated because I’ve had several accidents where the restaurant put cheese on my pizza, even when I ordered it without (online!). I’m glad they remembered, and appreciative that they showed me my pizzas before I left.

All the other reviews have been terrible, but in my two years of patronizing this establishment, they’ve actually been nice.
The service has been pretty good, the wait is very reasonable, and prices aren’t that bad. My only complaint is that they have no Parmesan or pepper flakes to take home!

First of all, I used to work as a pizza delivery driver when I was in college. So I understand the frustrations of the job, i.e. getting overwhelmed with orders, being understaffed, etc. However, if you know a customers order is going to take longer than usual, tell them. Don’t tell me the usual 30 min wait time and wait for me to call after it’s been 45 min. It took an hour and twenty minutes to get my food. The cheese bread was dry (probably from sitting under a heat lamp for an hour) and the pizza was soggy and literally fell apart when I picked up the first piece. While I appreciate the politeness of the girl on the phone and the discount they offered for the wait, I will probably order from somewhere else from now on. Pizza shouldn’t take over an hour for a delivery at 11am.

I got the $ 10 any way you want it special. I ordered the supreme on pan crust and asked for it extra well done (otherwise it’s too doughy.) I picked it up to go and it was ready in about 15 minutes. Got it home and the pizza was good. I will be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.
