We actually like the pizza here. It’s not bad at all for a chain pizza. Definitely better then some of the other places.
We always order for pickup .
Our order is always accurate and usually done within 10 minutes after calling.

This Papa Johns bets them all love the pizzas here always fresh employees are friendly and helpful great deals and yummy Parmesan cheese bites are the best after all the papa johns I been to this one has always been my favorite they also make sure you have plates and napkins which alot of other pizza places don’t offer very very helpful !!!

I usually love Papa Johns pizza… but, I was disappointed with the pizza I received from my online order. They skimp on the toppings, and the dough was blah. The delivery guy was nice and ordering online is convenient, but, I won’t order from here again until I read they improve their product. Disappointed.

I used to live across the street and got carry out here frequently. The staff here is super friendly and they are very quick when you order you take out. I also had my car battery die in the parking lot when I was here picking up a few pies and the delivery man was awesome and gave me a jump. The quality here is great too. Nothing beats a fresh out of the over pie.

Garbage service. Called for a carry out. Hung up on me, guy on the phone sounded like a… well not so smart individual, and placed on hold from the moment they picked up the phone. Rolled by there while i was still on hold and they weren’t even busy. Just laughing it up. Garbage. Just garbage.

I had pizza delivered to me– paid for extra icing didn’t get it which whatever but then when I paid my bill which was 24.24 with 40.25 he gave me 14 bucks change. Do the math by the time I counted it out I called to him and he was in his car. Having a 5 yr old and a Jack Russell I didn’t want to look like a madwoman running out in the street. Sweet, so the guy gave himself an extra 2 bucks for charging me extra for a product I didn’t get. Btw I sent an email to them they of course didn’t respond. Lame. Never again.

I’ve come to this location a couple of times and received great service both times.
I came in for their carry out deal (Large 1 topping for $ 7.99 and 2 mediums for $ 5.99 each)
What I really liked about this deal is they make the pizza for you! It’s not sitting around like other pizza places (Little Ceasars)
I was greeted as soon as I walked I. The door. The gut who took my order was nice and even offered to bring my pizzas out to my car, after I told him I would be waiting in my car. He even put peppers and cheese in the boxes for me.
The pizza is good. For some reason their sausage always taste like breakfast sausage to me not like pizza sausage (if that makes sense) but my baby girl likes it so… Eh… I’m not complaining.
I’ll be back!
And… Someone said this place is in the gutter. WRONG! This location is in Bixby Knolls! Very far from the gutter!

Horrible! Service sucks donkey balls, workers over there need to take ESL classes cause they can’t speak a word of English, and not to mention their quality of pizza looks a 5 year old did it. Bad. Just bad. They should rename it Papi Juans.

Decent Pizza but ordered Jalapeño Cheese sticks for the first time and was so disappointed. I was expecting some plump breadsticks with cheese and jalapeños and I got a small cheese pizza with jalapeños. Definitely not what I had been craving. Also ordered Ranch dip with it and got pizza sauce instead. Will still order pizza but never cheese on breadsticks again. So bummed :(

Dont come here its horible service. Its in the gutter and they treat you like your in the gutter. Willy the acclaimed manager took my order got it wrong and insisted it was my fault. They were disrespectful and talked about me in front of me where they make the pizza. I dont trust them … i got my money back. They could probably spit in my food or «accidently» drop the dough.
Untrustworthy, disprespectful, inadequate. Take drive to go else where :)

I actually like their pizza if I could ever order it! Everytime I call I stay on the phone for ten minutes then hang up I don’t understand why I have to wait so long just to order! I’d rather go and order it in person and wait the 15 minutes for them to cook the «hot and ready» large pizza

With me every place starts with 5 stars so lets see:
1 star for cool commercials with athelets and that bobble head idiot owner sticking himself in the comercials saying «Better Pizza better Ingredients Papa Johns»
–1 star for undercooked wings
–1 star for not being consistent (sometimes well made pizza other times looks lke a 5 year old made it)
–1 star for slowest delivery in Long Beach
1 star for offering discounts
so umm yeah…2 stars chief

Awful pizza, awful experience. Placed an order online, it took an hour for delivery, the pizza was lukewarm and to top things off they tried to double my bill!
I literally showed the delivery guy the webpage with my order, total and confirmation number and he still insisted I give him twice that amount if I wanted my order (3 pizzas, 2 sodas $ 68?!) I called the manager and haggled and argued for 10 minutes before he accepted the price confirmed online.
All of that could have been forgiven if the pizza wasn’t so nasty. Endless pepperoni my ass. I won’t be wasting any more money on Papa Johns.

Originally wanted to order from pizza hut, but they wouldn’t deliver and i wasnt about to give up a prime parking space in lb. (you know how those street sweepers are/​tickets for parking on the wrong side at the wrong time)
so…
I ordered online and had it delivered from papa john’s. The pizza was delivered hot and very quickly. The driver was very nice, even called me when he was close to give me a heads up. yes there is a 2.50 charge for delivery and thats not including tip but i’m not going to complain. saves me the drive and hassle.
**also was able to use the online coupons.

Online order instore pickups orders work great here.
Admittedly, I’ve had minimal interaction with the staff but what little I’ve had has been pleasant. So that’s my suggestion, just use the internet to order and pick up instore instead of delivery.

We ordered delivery from here because it was close and Buono’s had a 40 minute wait. So I place the order online and their website wouldnt give me a time frame, so I’m thinking it should be quick, how many people really order from here. So about 45 — 50 minutes later (!) there’s a knock at the door from the delivery guy. After he leaves I look at the receipt on the box, they charged me $ 2.50 for delivery! I live 3 blocks away! WTF! Why did I tip the driver then? I’m then looking at the pizza box and it has text on there that says, the $ 2.50 delivery charge is not for the driver, please tip your driver generously for their hard work! Are you serious?
The pizza kinda sucked too.
Sorry for cheating on you Mr. Buono, it won’t happen again!
