The BEST pizza ever and they have an antipasto pizza salad! It’s their pizza dough with melted fresh mozzerela and then an antipasto salad on top. I am a picky food aficionado and TRUST me you will not be disappointed. They use fresh mozzerela and and fresh pizza dough. You won’t regret it

Pizza from New York and many places in Miami, make great pizza. It is hard to find good pizza places in California. My favorite pizza place does not deliver to my home, so, last night I ordered from Sorrento because the customer photos look nice. The phone clerk was very pleasant. The pizza came and looked gorgeous at first. Then the thicker than normal crust was noticed. The«pizza» was okay. I put pizza in quotes because I don’t consider this a real pizza. It tasted like a average bagel with cheese and sauce, not like a pizza crust. It is not worse than Dominos«pizza,» but definitely not better. If you want pizza that tastes like pizza and in fact, tastes like good New York Pizza, try Village Road Pizzeria on Norse Way(off of Carson) in Lakewood. That’s good pizza!

Ordered here for the first time. The pizza flavor was good. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pizza was soggy. It had so much cheese. The pasta was kinda blah, I had the fettuccine Alfredo and it was creamy but no kinda flavor. It was definitely lacking salt. Ceaser salad was good and so we’re the breadsticks. Will try it again but this time eat in maybe the pizza won’t be so soggy.

Very impressed and definitely coming back! I had the antipasto salad and it’s huge and delicious. Hubby had the calzone, also huge and he LOVED it. We ordered a small pepperoni pizza so we could try the pizza and it is perfect. Quality meat and cheese, the sauce is delicious and the crust was cooked just right. I think we found our new spot!

We have used them 3 times, and will continue to use them. Pizza and crust is on point, the spaghetti is awesome too. Very consistent and worth it!

We live nearby so we come here every few weeks or so. The pizza is fantastic and we basically get a pizza every time we get food from here. We have also tried the Caesar salad which is fairly standard. Their croutons are delicious and made from different types of bread. The chicken Parmesan is also really good. Very cheesy(which is the best) and served with a healthy side of pasta. The garlic cheese bread is also really good. So, I guess this to sum up my sentiments, it is pretty good! We have not yet dined in so I can’t really comment on the service. They are always pretty friendly at the counter. They have an okay selection of beer for people who aren’t taking their food home right away.

Wow! This is the first time we’ve ever been to this restaurant and I can say that it is well worth a try. The pizza was cooked to perfection, the pasta was delicious and the Gaelic bread was nice and soft. Have to thank my daughter, she wanted pizza while her dad and I wanted burritos. First time here and definitely not our last

The strip mall in which this restaurant is located is sad. Nothing about it makes me want to go in, and you can’t even see the eatery from the street. Some lady in my neighborhood keeps posting messages about her son’s boy scout troup having fundraisers here, so when I saw a discount for it on Groupon, I thought I’d give it a try. We came in on a Tuesday early evening, and there was no one there. Well, no one dining, at least. There was an older guy in the back cooking, and a younger kid in the front taking orders, etc. He was on the phone when we came in. I was waiting for him to acknowledge our presence or direct us to sit, but he didn’t. My mom gave up and sat down, but I waited for at least three minutes, maybe more. We ordered a medium no name pizza with sausage and pepperoni, and a fettuccine alfredo with broccoli and chicken. The pizza came out first, and it was good. The crust was nice and chewy, yet it was still crunchy at the edges. I liked the fresh spinach, feta, and garlic-y artichoke hearts. The pasta was less interesting. First off, it came without chicken, so we had to send it back. It was creamy, but lacked flavor. The dominant impression of the dish was«creamy.» A few people came in while we were there to pick up food, and the kids left a couple times to deliver pizza. It was lonely inside. I think if we ever eat here again, we’ll order something for pickup or delivery.

We used to go all the time but not anymore! They are rude, unorganized and don’t know how to treat customers. We ordered food, was told it would be 15 mins buy some lady then it took an hour so we called and cancelled and she says«well hello we have like 5 orders I front of you» well maybe you guys should let people know in advance… Anyhow no more business from us, you guys are ridiculous.

Placed an order at this location for lasagna, chicken fettuccine in Alfredo sauce and broccoli, along with an order of meatballs, garlic bread, and a sausage and pepperoni pizza. Service was good as no one was there. Used the Unilocal $ 15 for $ 20 coupon. Took about 15 mins to cook and one of the personnel actually brought the entire order out to me in my truck. The garlic bread was cooked just right. The lasagna was ok but definitely not too bad. It just didn’t explode with flavor in my mouth. The meatball was disgusting(sorry). The pizza was very good with large pepperoni and lots of sausage. Unfortunately I didnt get to taste the pasta but I’m sure the kids will love it tonight.

I went here because the Reviews were good… It wasn’t the Best. The people I went with did like it… It was clean and the Employees were friendly The Beer was cold and the Pizza was good… The wings were Blaah, they seemed simple… its like thy just added sauce, that they weren’t even fully covered in sauce.

This is our first time here with four stars we expected it to be good. Lasagna was flavorful and not over salted. The anti-pasta salad was huge with lots and lots of meat cheese and veggies. The buffalo pizza was the little salty but it wasn’t overwhelmingly hot and our 10-year-old really liked it

I use the Easy to use ordering system through Unilocal (eat 24). Don’t forget to get some dessert while your at it. Thanks to the staff for keeping the quality of the pizza always consistent.

Situated in a compact strip mall, Sorrentos doesn’t appear to offer much in terms of ambiance or food. There is not much to look at inside but the staff here do serve up inexpensive delicious pasta and pizza. If you plan on dining in, they do have specials on draft beers sometimes. Eat24 delivers for Sorrento and there is no delivery fee. Between the chicken Alfredo pasta, mozzarella sticks, house salad and the XL pepperoni pizza, everything was edible and priced appropriately. My only complaint was the Alfredo sauce was too watery and eating the pasta became too messy. If you are looking for fancy authentic Italian pasta or some gourmet Naples-style pizza, skip along past Sorrento Italian Kitchen. If you want some inexpensive cheap food to feed an army of teenagers or a Super Bowl party, definitely consider Sorrento then.

Great place to grab lunch. They have a couple of lunch specials which include a half lasagna, mixed salad and a beverage. Even the half lasagna is a hefty portion and can satisfy a full grown adult male. I ordered the antipasto salad which is huge! If you are a meat eater you will love this salad, because there was more salami, cotto and pepperoni than vegetables in the salad. One downside to this place is the fact that the food does come out rather slowly, but worth the wait. Please note that if you do order the calzone you will be the last one to get your meal.

I was craving for some pizza and my search came to an end for a local mom-and-pop pizzeria that’s not a chain establishment. Parking: Compact/tight squeeze of a private strip mall parking lot. Sorrento located in the corner section within the strip mall. Ambience: Quaint little sitting area with a couple tables. Nothing much else going on besides the tv hanging off the wall. Food: I ordered Sorrento’s Special Pizza(hold the olives) and a side order of garlic bread. Pizza was topped off nicely with fresh green bell pepper and did not skimp at all with the mushrooms, onions, italian sausage and pepperoni. Pizza passed the cheesy test stringing along all that goodness at every bite. The crust was 70⁄30 to be desired. The crust was not bland and complement the entire slice well but no «wow» this crust is delicious feeling. Garlic bread was definitely good but nothing unique about it. I ordered take-out for this visit and it appeared they were extremely busy trying to organize handling check payments, answering/taking phone orders and getting the orders for the take-out customers. Appears to be one or two people under-staffed by my first impression. However, the service was nothing to really over complain about. I would consider ordering pizza from Sorrento’s again in the future.
