Came in because my laptop was working extremely slow and it would constantly overheat and turn off. After a day of them checking it out I talked to Esgar and he said I would need a new fan and a virus removal. My laptop was done in 3 days and now it works PERFECT. I’m glad that’s over with and I don’t have to worry about my laptop overheating or shutting down in the middle of doing my work! Great service, I would recommend.

I’ve gotten my iPhone screen fixed before and it took them approximately ³⁰⁄₄₀ minutes… But, I came here and it literally took Esgar about 10 minutes or less! I was in and out fast, not only that but my screen is perfect. It’s not one of those bootleg screens, which I’ve gotten before (not cool). I loved the service that was provided and for a good price! I have had my phone screen shattered for a while and thought that it would be okay to use it until my phone contract was up, but it ended up shattering more. I was BARELY able to use it anymore and came here because I was desperate to get it fixed. He (Esgar?) repaired my iPhone 6 screen in little time and for a reasonable price. Another great repair my daughters ipad mini was completely smashed I’m happy I have found my go to place for all my electronic repairs esgar was quick to let me know exactly how long the repair would take and gave me a 3 month warranty. Best place for computer repair hands down, I was having some weird issues with my computer randomly shutting down and being EXTREMELY slow, so I took it to Esgar. After about a day he called back and explained the problems, seems I had a good deal of viruses and my battery was bad. He said he could have it done that same day and the computer would be working like new!
I got my computer worked on a bit more than 2 months ago and it’s still running great. No more random shut offs and it’s just as fast as a when I first bought it.

My computer experienced some liquid damage, took it in and received a free diagnostic within a day. The service was excellent, prices were reasonable and it was repaired within a few days.

Good looking out on my computer fix! Esgar is the man when it comes to computer repair and anything phone geek related. Hooked me up with a few programs I needed on my Mac and I also took my little sisters laptop for the Microsoft updated Windows programs. Not sure what regular price is, but I think he definitely gave me a great deal for both computers. Good looking out!

Last night, I experienced some difficulties with my computer, which was considered untimely, especially, since some data needed to be immediately forwarded to «Japan.» When I rushed into the store, I was extremely nervous and panicky. Despite my state of mind, I was pleasantly greeted by the owner/​manager named Esgar. Noticeably, he patiently listened to my dilemma, inspected my computer, and within a few minutes, he efficiently resolved the noted issue. Needless to say, I was simply thrilled, especially, since «time was of the essence» (i.e. the issue began yesterday).
One other unusual aspect occurred during my visit. After he resolved the annoying issue, I spontaneously kissed him on the cheek (twice). Overall, this is something I have never done before, but it just seemed appropriate. Clearly, this computer store has made a «Customer For Life.» Admittedly, prior to reaching the store, I ran into a closer, and highly recognizable computer store. Initially, I impatiently waited for the computer associate to discontinue his telephone conversation. After waiting for approximately five minutes, I realized that he was on a personal call (i.e. mother of his children). Thereafter, I hastily left and drove to the noted professional establishment. Clearly, GOD, in his infinite wisdom, sent me to the «Long Beach Computer Repair Store,» and I am truly grateful. Thank you so much!
