Due to a recent office closure, I am transitioning to a new field. I wanted to enhance my skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Susan was the perfect fit.. I especially appreciated the one on one opportunity to focus on my weaknesses and build my skills and confidence in a comfortable atmosphere.
The homework suggestions were relevant to the following weeks sessions where we could build off what I had learned.
As a bonus I also learned Publisher and One Note!
Go Susan, it’s been a pleasure. I actually like Excel… no one will believe it!

After years of being a Mom, I was ready to reenter the job market and turned to Sue to help me with my resume. It has been over 10 years since working full time in the education field and I was not sure of the changes in resume style. Sue took me down the path of new changes and guided me during the entire process. She was patient and motivating, as well as making me feel confident and powerful in my endeavors! She provided me with all the necessary updated tools in today’s challenging competitive job search !! Bolt Computer Training was very helpful. Before Susan’s class, I would calculate everything in excel by hand. Now i have added formulas to all of my spread sheets. Not only did it save me time but it allowed me to utilize excel as a tool and not only a «writing pad». Bolt computer training is a Definite must have! thanks Sue! :)

Sue is very knowledgeable about what’s out there on the computer-​device market, and was able to provide me with a list of pros and cons for all of my choices in phone, table and computer. She seems to enjoy the chase and helping pick amongst the alternatives. I recommend her to anyone who is needing some assistance and/​or feeling overwhelmed.
