Steve Peacock is a charismatic lawyer that undoubtedly has the respect of judges, attorneys and court personnel at the Long Beach courthouse. He lives up to his reputation as a brilliant attorney, is well liked amongst his peers and clients and has a fantastic presence in and out of the courtroom.
Steve helped a friend of mine facing a DUI with a great bodily injury enhancement and was able to get the charges reduced and she avoided jail time (and a felony conviction).
The case he handled was not easy and we all heard a mouthful from the DA at the final hearing. But, Steve’s knowledge of the law provided the basis for a motion overruling the preliminary hearing findings (a very tough motion, indeed). The trial judge agreed and my friend was saved (well community service, probation and fines, that is).

Jeff represented me in a misdemeanor traffic case, after dealing with the public defenders office for months I decided it was time to hire a legit attorney. When he subbed in I was facing a trial and at least 10 days in jail. On his first court appearance he had the ticket completely dismissed!
