Jersey Mike’s Subs

Great food and some of the best employees I’ve ever run into. Super friendly, fast and professional. The manager Mona is awesome and runs a great crew. I pass another Jersey Mike’s on my way to this one. Food is super but the employees make this Jersey Mike’s the best!

The crew here always greets me with smiling, happy faces. I’m a stickler for good customer service and so far, everyone here has been great.

Can’t go wrong with a Jersey Mike’s sub for lunch. The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. I always order the Turkey– Provolone (#7) and get it «Mike’s Way’, which includes their oil/​vinegar sauce. The bread always tastes fresh and the meat is sliced right in front of you. The sandwiches here have substance to them as opposed to Subway, which goes right through you in like one hour.
The only draw back is that this specific Jersey Mike’s gets really crowded during lunch. Boeing and a few other big business are nearby so the line can get hectic between 11−2PM on weekdays. The staff definitely tries to move everyone through quickly so you don’t end up waiting too long.

Came in yesterday (5÷2÷16) and everyone was friendly, but they failed to acknowledge the fact that my email stated I would receive a free SUB after completing the Shore points account (which I did). They also failed to add the required bacon (didn’t realize this until I opened up the sandwich later) that’s part of the #8 Club. I’m quite disappointed with this location as they have forgotten to add the bacon in the past. This time I forgot to remind them about it and of course they end up not putting it in.

Love love love. Fresh and good. I order a philly cheese steak with onion and japleno.

I’ve been going there about twice a month since they opened, the ingredients are fresh the bread has a nice texture, I’ve had most of their sandwiches, all good except for the pastrami, I didn’t think it was nearly as good as the others. The roast beef is very good but in order to have a true sub they need to at least double the portion. If anyone has ever been to Cortinas in Anaheim and had their special roast beef sandwich they would know what I’m talking about, (huge amount of roast beef), the best I’ve ever have, Jersey Mikes could be a very close 2^nd if they upped their portions.

Came here for lunch today and ordered the Big Kahuna chicken cheese steak and club supreme. The club was delicious, but the Big Kahuna was lacking chicken, there was hardly any in it.

I had a #13 and my mom had #3. We had got them the mikes way. They were delicious. Since it was my first time here i got a free chocolate chip cookie. Im definitely comming back. The staff was great. Very helpful and patient. I did come during lunch hour but the long line went fast.

Pretty good sandwiches but prices pretty high. My solution is to only eat here once a week. The place is small, staff is courteous and quick especially on lunch hour. Parking sucks though so come early.

Yum! I havent been to a Jersey Mikes in probably 10 years! First, the parking here is THE PITS! Good luck to ya brotha!
I came on a Wednesday afternoon around 1:30 hoping it woukd have died down, the parking no, the sub shop, yes. So that was great.
I ordered a regular tuna «Mikes way» which I guess means oil and vinegar and seasonings of some sort. I added the all so important banana peppers for more zing and wow, that was a mighty fine sandwich. Added a bag of chips and it came up to just over $ 10.00, sans a drink, thats a little on the pricey side for me. But every now and again I’ll make the trip, drive around in circles looking for parking and enjoy the yummy tuna.

Had the Philly steak sub from here last night for the first time, coming from NY and actually trying a real Philly sub this was pretty close.

Fast services and yummy sandwiches. The bread was a little hard on the top, other than that this is my favorite location for sandwiches!

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s, and I will definitely be back to try out some of their other sandwich options. I had the Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese comes with onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños, and extra cheese. It was very good, the cheese with the spice of the peppers was the perfect combination. The sandwich had plenty of flavorful tender chicken and the bread was thick, yet soft and chewy. If your a fan of soft baked like I am, I suggest trying their cookies. Chocolate chip had chunks of morsels it was very good and the oatmeal was good also but had too many raisins in it for my taste.

I’ve been coming here more and more, going after the lunch crowd to find parking. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming I had to go from 4 to 5 stars. There are some annoying customers — folks who can’t get over that they didn’t have fries and the staff were still friendly and polite.

This place is an epic fail. If it makes it another year it will only be off one time customers. For $ 8.25 I got one sad sad sandwich. It was a six inch sub or should I say, «Salad sandwich.» Bread wasn’t any good either. There was such a small amount of meat on it. I can’t believe I am going to say this, but I wish I would have gone to Subway and I hate Subway.
The one kid cutting the meat had a poor attitude and the other taller kid was nice and apologetic when I mentioned how disappointed I was in the sandwich. I was just in New York for the New York marathon last week and when you get a sandwich from the same chain there, it isn’t bad. If standards aren’t the same across the board, it goes to show you how you can lose a customer for life…
Do yourself a favor and don’t bother unless you are into disappointments. You get a million times better sandwiches for the same price or cheaper at Vons and Stater Borthers delis. Better bread, more meat, better cheese and did I mention, BETTER?

Kinda surprised with some of the reviews here. Have they never been to a Jersey Mike’s? Well, I do like the flavors here over some of the other sub sandwich choices around and I always get it Mike’s way.
I haven’t really tried any of the hot sandwiches here but I usually default to #9 with avocado which is basically a club supreme. I think some people are intimidated or just don’t know how to order at a sandwich place, you know you can just ask them for customizations. Sometimes I ask them to swap out the turkey with a different meat, or less lettuce, extra pickles, etc.
I’ve earned enough points on their shorepoints system that this time my sandwich was free!

Every single time I order online, it’s never ready when I get there. They could care less; they don’t apologize or move quickly to make it. Completely insane.
Lots of people in this area need lunch fast & they do not provide that, even with ordering ahead.

These workers are BONE HEADS. THEY know what’s best for you. «Don’t worry about it»… lets see who worries as this place’s clientele steadily decreases.
Don’t waste your time here. Workers with attitudes will go far in the fast food business.
