I just bought a laundromat. Needless to say I’m on my feet for very long periods of time. April was beyond AMAZING in helping me to find me exactly what I needed. She did not give up until I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I cannot thank her enough. I am PAIN FREE, which is absolutely priceless!

With Karen’s advice, last year I bought a pair of shoes because my feet were killing me from standing and walking at work all day on a hard floor. I wear them ever day and they are awesome. I went back to her last week and asked if she still had the exact same shoe in stock. She did and I bought another pair. Sure, better quality shoes cost a little more, but in the long run you are more comfortable, they last longer and are probably a lot better for your feet! Thanks Karen for the great advice.

Have been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis for over a month. Can barely walk if I get up in the night. Have bought 2 new pairs of tennis shoes but no help there. $ 400 inserts from podiatrist have actually caused new pain in the ball of my feet. Karen at Foot Solutions set me up with flip flops with arch support. Wear them at all times in the house. Huge difference. But the best thing is the arch supports she made for me. Even the physical therapist was impressed. They are not hard– really comfortable and great support. A complete turnaround. They know what they’re doing here.

I went here a few months ago because I had ankle and heel pain caused by tendinitis and I was about to head to a convention where I knew I’d be doing a lot of walking. I really needed comfortable shoes and a friend recommended I try this store. They measured my feet and had me stand on a machine that evaluated my feet and then they suggested several shoes. I bought one. They were kind of orthopedic looking (what do you expect with a brand called «Orthofeet») but they were incredibly comfortable. Now that it’s summer I need to head back for some sandals!

I found the customer device to be excellent. Karen guided me through the choices of inserts, no hard sell, very honest. I will be a returning customer.

I love foot solutions. Yes there shoes are really expensive but I have problem feet and so I have to spend a little more on my shoes so my feet won’t hurt as much. My only wish is that they would have some more low heals that are closed toed for work. They have lots of sandals and casual shoes.

I love foot solutions they have the best inserts for my flat feet. I buy new inserts every 8 months and new shoes every year.

I read Karen’s response. There is no question that they tried to find shoes to fit my wife. They didn’t have any. And they didn’t carry either of the brands we found that did finally fit her. I have no problem with their effort or cooperation. My only concern is their refund policy (or their «refusal to refund» policy). Karen did not respond to that.

Called last week, spoke with owner, Karen. I was looking specifically for Gravity Defyer brand shoes, which she told me they didnt have a lot in stock but did have some I could try on, she was meeting with the rep and would be able to get me what i needed.
Recovering from knee surgery two weeks ago, a friend of mine drove 40 minutes to pick me up (she lives 5 minutes from the store), 40 minutes drive back to the store only to be told by April (who was very embarrassed to tell me, they do not have a single pair of Gravity Defyer shoes in the store. I was furious, and April said that Karen is ALWAYS telling customers they carry shoes that they do not.
My only guess is that Karen hopes to get customers in and then try to sell them another shoe. I find this practice reprehensible and would NEVER buy anything from this store. Shame on you, Karen. That is no way to treat customers. It is misleading, and disrespectful.

This is a fabulous place to get relief for your sore feet! Great choices of shoes, slip ons, heels, boots, etc.etc. I keep sending more friends and everyone is happy with the service, knowledge, friendly staff and guarantee of their product! They replaced a pair of shoes from the manufacturer when a clip fell off and they stood behind their product! Very impressive! Can’t say enough good things about Karen too! She’s great! I look forward to my next visit soon! :.))

I just don’t get those negative reviews… I’ve been in the store many times and have never experienced bad customer service. They have great shoes and I’m always assisted in a timely fashion and well taken care of. Totally worth the drive for me to get there. Karen is great. I love my flip flops (from my last visit). I’ve never had such a comfortable pair of walking sandals! I love my LB Foot Solutions.

I discovered Foot Solutions about a year ago, and I could not be happier with the level of service and quality of shoes. Every time I have visited this store, the staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in providing advice and service. I purchase my work and casual shoes here and as a result, my feet are very happy!

Very nice, friendly store. They were extremely helpful finding the correct shoes for my wife for our upcoming trip. Our sales person took time to fit her in a shoe with style and comfort. We look forward to returning to shop for a pair for me.

I just returned from a trip that required a lot of walking ! Good thing that I bought my shoes at Foot Solutions. I wore the MBT Sandals during the long hotel inspections and my dressy sandals at night. I have always found them to be very knowledgeable about which shoes would work best for me.

I made the drive down to Long Beach from Los Angeles in search of comfortable, non-​damaging shoes for my difficult feet. This would be my first pair of «good» shoes, having destroyed by feet by wearing beautiful, horrible high heels for years.
The woman who helped me REALLY knew what she was doing. She watched my gait, measured my feet, really paid attention to my concerns, and was able to immediately and accurately determine my needs. She also helped me find some very cute pairs and was happy to order them for me in my preferred colors.
I decided to go with a different store because I only want to buy one pair right now and found a pair I liked better, but I will definitely be back.
I found the prices to be very reasonable. A few women walked in while I was there and guessed $ 250 for a pair of shoes that were actually priced around $ 120.

A plethora of options for those with flat feet or high arches or what have you. Tons of types of shoes and inserts and so on. It’s pricey but if you’ve had foot/​back pain, you know it’s worth it.
