My experience went no further than just a phone call, the gentlemen who answered the phone had a heavy Indian accent and was extremely rude. It feels as if new business is too encumbering for a 2 min phone call. Because of him I decided against Metro PCS. I rarely leave reviews, if this phone call is any reflection of their customer service, I advise to stray far away from this a-hole. Didn’t surprise me to see other reviews left here about a rude representative.

The person that picked up the phone said something in another language. I asked if there was someone their who spoke English, he said no and hung up. That is absolutely unacceptable.

This place was a great find and is right next to my favorite little greasy chinese food joint. I hate replacing expensive Apple accessories and this store carries a great selection of cases and a variety of chargers too.
There is definitely a few interesting characters that roam this neighborhood and the owner is always patient and helpful with each and every one of them.
Highly recommend this place to unlock your phone, get batteries, pay bills or pick up new accessories!
