really great food! I had the pulled pork, some brisket, and the ribs… the sauce is to die for. Hoping to use them for catering.

These guys are the only reason it seems that keeps me coming back to the farmer’s market on Sunday mornings! I’ve tried the ribs, the pulled pork and the various sides, all pretty good, but the best things are the tri-tip by the pound, their tangy sauce and their attitude! I love that they set up the smoker so you can see the meat being smoked… most BBQ in the OC/LB is just baked and grilled, but this is the real thing!

I caught these guys @the west coast Bbq competition at the queen mary, and words can barely describe the brisket. In 3 words Tough, fatty and piss poor! Yeah that was 4 words. I so regret choosing them! And we paid $ 9…you be the judge check the picture. You already know Unilocal doesn’t let you do 0 or negative stars… otherwise!

Glad these guys are sticking around. They don’t have a restaurant location, and may bounce around to other Farmers Markets but they are at the Marina FM every Sunday. Greta smoked meats! The brisket and ribs(St Louis, not baby backs) are my fave. Their sauce is also not the sweet Kansas City stuff but rather the vinegar based sauce which I love. The guys, I think his name is Sean, and his partner are very friendly fun, music loving guys that can cook their asses off. Stop by the market and come hungry if you stop by here, they serve up generous portions of meat.
