Service was really bad. I haven’t eaten here in a while and was very disappointed. Service has really declined. Our waiter was not friendly or helpful. We received our beverages after our meal arrived about the same time as the silverware. Worst of all is that the coffee & food arrived warm at best instead of hot. And the fact that waiter never checked up to see if we wanted refills on our beverages or to see if everything was to our liking was very disappointing. It really sucked to pay over $ 5 for a warm latte! I will not return to this restaurant, sad because it use to be one of my favorite places for brunch.

I love love LOVE this place! I’ve only been here for breakfast/brunch. I always get the warm chicken salade. I don’t know how they cook their chicken but it is perfection!!! Teach me your ways chef! They also have a nice little seating area which includes Patio seating and a huge sofa in the corner. The place itself isn’t huge but in the mornings there is no waiting. Just go right in and sit where ever you’d like!

Came in early morning to find one waiter. The place was packed, but he did his best to accommodate every guest. Food was good. People were giving the waiter a hard time, brighten his day by giving a nice tip. Almost gave four stars because an angry and rude couple almost hit us with the door while storming out.

Wonderful staff. Good service. Good food. & portions weren’t bad either. A Trendy French bistro. It reminded me of restaurants in Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo. Definitely, there’ll be another visit in the near future

1÷1÷1608:30 no reservation. I cannot compliment this place enough. It is charming and friendly. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and options. It is clean, relaxed and comfy. On street parking. Reasonable prices. I ordered the crêpe with nutella, banana and strawberry. My husband ordered the healthy option egg white, avacado and pesto sauce breakfast sandwich. 5 stars all round!

Good food, not excellent, but good; reliably fresh and some selections are particularly flavorful(the Moracain buckwheat crêpe, for example). The Farmer buckwheat crêpe is healthy — makes you feel good about yourself — but doesn’t offer any sense of chef-inspiration. That cider, tho! From Eric Bordelet, and apparently not always available from the purveyor. Pear and apple for us. Made a big impression. At nearly $ 10/flute, it’s no trifle(), but worth the adventure. Why don’t they play cool French tunes in keeping with the very clear«we’re throwing back a lá Francois» vibe? Hearing ’50’s and ’60’s stuff just doesn’t do the ambiance any favors. Also– a tip for the kitchen: crashing the dishes around makes for a very jarring audio track to customers’ meals. We come back when we want crepes, but we’d come a lot more often if the overall experience was one star better. Slight efforts would yield big results.

Don’t bother. Go to Hermosa beach’s because at least they’ll serve you on time. Our food was cold, we waited an hour for it … and we knew it was ready cuz when we asked for it they delivered it right away. Got the crème benedict –poached eggs suck and not runny at all. Again. Don’t bother. Worst service I have ever gotten especially considering there wasn’t much people in here on a Sunday

Horrible service, mediocre food. The two times our waiter came to our table was to take our drink order and then to take our food order. We had to flag down multiple different employees to get some help(i.e. More water or another napkin). We even sat there for 10 minutes trying to catch eyes with ANY employee(since our waitress never bothered coming back) and nobody was there to help us. We had to go to the front ourselves and ask for our check… where even there, there was a lack of cohesion as our receipt was being passed from one employee to the next, never to us. For the food, my breakfast crêpe was not proportionate. 1⁄3 of it had nothing in it and another 1⁄3 only had bell peppers in it. Once I actually got to the part of the crêpe that had everything, it was good. The food was relatively cold. We would have mentioned this to our waiter(since our other crêpe was good), but she not once came by to check on us. Overall, would not recommend.

Wow! what a nice find right next to the Westin Hotel we stated at last night. I had Crème Benedict which was okay with a fresh salad, orange juice and mocha latte. My date had buckwheat crepes with smoked salmon which was fabulous. This place is great for Francophiles since it is totally French themed from the endless loop of French movies to the poem of the crow and the fox written in French on the ceiling. Plenty of bottles of wine, pictures of table wine, A wired piece of artwork depicting a scene from a French café.

Wow! Was in town for the Toyota Grand Prix and the shuttle driver from the Hilton recommended this place. He was spot on! Our waitress started our group off with a bucket of mimosas. This consisted of — what else? A normal bottle of champagne, and a carafe of oj which tasted like freshed squeezed. This was a great value at only $ 18.00 total. All the food that everyone ordered was gobbled up. No complaints. Nutz & boltz: PROS: — nice bistro outdoor seating. — bucket of mimosas — excellent food — terrific service(albeit a little slow because I think we were outside) — pet friendly oustide CONS: — slower service outside Great place to meet and mingle, eat and drink, laugh and hang! I would do it again next time I’m in the area.

Love, Love, love this place! You know it’s legit when you roll up at 1030 in the morning and it’s packed! There’s outside seating, if you want to bring man’s best friend with you. FYI, I love how dog friendly this part of town is. You see dogs everywhere, I live in the suburbs, so you don’t normally see that. We decided to sit at the couch, so we didn’t have to wait for seating. My friend and I decided to split something sweet and something savory. My cousin and his wife was there with us too. So we decided to get some mimosa! Party on, it was the morning after my wedding ceremony, why not. My hubby decided to stay back and sunbathe at the Westin, LOL. It was a good time, with good food and great service! I totally recommend this joint!

Recently came here with my girlfriend. Ambiance is cute and the restaurant is small. Once you enter inside, you are greeted by a very nice warm welcoming staff. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job and the service was excellent. Foodwise, it was all amazing. Prices matched the serving size. I had an Omelette De Velma and French Toast Grand Marnier. They add a very generous amount of cheese to the Omelette to keep you satisfied and the French Toast was cooked perfectly. Paired with mangoes, bananas and strawberries, the French Toast was crispy on the edges but soft in the middle. 10⁄10. highly recommend

Came here on a weekend afternoon to enjoy a meal with family. Unfortunately, my party’s meal took close to an hour to arrive and the service was just so slow and sub par. Once the food finally arrived, I was very disappointed with the portion size– much too small for my liking. Although the food was not terrible there was an incident where one of the servers gave our group way too much attitude. I would have given this place two stars but bumped them up to 3 because the gave us 20% off our bill due to the long wait. Won’t be taking my family or myself back here anytime soon!

Sadly this isn’t a great dinner choice. I ordered the chicken pasta and there was more flavor in my iced tea than in my pasta bowl. :(my husband had the lobster ravioli and he said it was ok. There was a funky smell in the dining room… that could just be cheese? And there was mold in the parm cheese shaker :(. Our waiter was kind and attentive.

After having an adventure day exploring Long Beach and taking a wondering stroll down Belmont pier, we were in a mood for something sweet. Where do we turn to for some help since LBC isn’t our area? Unilocal,of course! First thing that popped up was, Crème Dela Crêpe Café. With the amazing reviews I definitely had to check it out. We came after 6PM and street parking was a breeze. Maybe it also helped that it was Memorial Day, so not very many people were out. The café itself was decorated so nicely. Tasteful paintings hanging all around on the walls to match the mood of the place. I also really liked the warm, inviting setting with the pop of yellow so it’s definitely not dull. Made me felt so calm while I was inside. Service was on point. I wished I got our waitress’ name. She had a nice smile and was so attentive. We initially came for the crepes, but got the chocolate fondue with fresh seasonal fruits instead since that caught my eyes. It was perfect. I have to come back and try the sweet and savory items the next time around.
