I ended up at this real esate office thru a referral from the USAA home buyer service. I met 2 different agents there, and I had mediocre experiences. One agent was just very negative and pessimistic, and the other was very friendly and knowledgable, but just didn’t quite meet my needs as far as being proactive and motivated.
The office itself is very nice, clean & comfortable. The reception staff was friendly enough when they were there. Parking is plentiful.
The hidden treasure in this place is the in-​house lender representative from RPM mortgage, Glenn Daly. I probably wouldn’t use a Coldwell Banker agent from this office without a personal experience based referral, but I did use the RPM mortgage broker that I found here and had a great experience with that, but I’ll review them directly.

Gary is probably one of the most honest guys you could work with. I got burned a bit on my purchase a few years back with an agent that just wanted to close the deal rather than advocate my position regarding needed repairs.
Gary is nothing like that. In fact, last year he actually suggested I *not sell* — that other options were in my best interest. Well, I can tell you he was right and things have worked out quite well.
It’s worth pointing out that the house was sellable and would not have been a short, so he wasn’t trying to stay away from a commissionless short sale, there was money to be made here. He just did the right thing. He works with and recommends top notch people as well, like Lee Viera (loans). Usually even a good agent is at the mercy of the other personnel involved in the transaction, but Gary has through decades of experience and his integrity, assembled a wonderful group of contacts that make sure you don’t get screwed at any stage.
