Honestly there is better Chinese food anywhere else. This place really sucks. Their food looks like it was burned by their freezer, just old and not fresh at all. Disappointment!

Not bad — Wonton soup is really good. Everything else is comparable to Panda Express.

I didn’t have high hopes coming in to this place so I didn’t feel too bad being let down. The selection of to-go items was limited. Staff was very friendly however. Their beef and broccoli was an 8 – 2 ratio of broccoli to beef. We might have had two pieces of meat in our container. The mushroom chicken didn’t have any mushrooms in it. And the orange chicken was just okay. I have never been here but gave it a try for a quick dinner. I came out pretty surprised of how expensive it is compared to a place I frequent in Norwalk. Probably about $ 2 more a plate. My daughter even said, «For that price it’d better taste really good!» It was mediocre and I won’t be going back.

Love it. Food is good, craving some now, wish I knew what time they opened. Try the blsck pepper chicken or kung pow chicken.

This place is phenomenal! People honestly have no appreciation for good service or food. I had their wonton soup with white rice, best won ton soup ever. I walked in late right before closing and they were still able to accommodate my order. They made me a fresh batch complete with flavorful won tons, chicken(good quality not the cheap rubbery stuff) and plump shrimp. There was also mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, broccoli and bok choy in it. SOOOOGOOD! A large is for 2 – 3 people and I finished it all by myself :3. I dont eat Chinese fast food but I judge a place by it’s soup. Usually soups are salty to compensate for a lack of flavor but this stuff was on point. Definitely worth 5 stars. And the asian girl at the register was really sweet. Also, pay attention people. The food is quality. They have an open style kitchen for a reason. In the fridge all fresh ingredients and nothing is frozen. You can watch the cooks use the awesome wok to cook your food. No mysteries and nothing is hidden. TRYTHISPLACE!!! you won’t regret it. :)

I don’t know why this place has really bad reviews but from what I can guess it probably is under new management because I have been here several times recently and the cashier’s are Asian and friendly, the cookers are Mexican however, but their food is not overly greasy like other reviews say, their chowmein is good and thick and pretty much tastes the same like other fast food Chinese fast food places, it is pricey compared to my regular Chinese food place but for a fast nearby fix, this hits the spot! I also like that they have Boba now, I tried their milk tea and it seemed to be made probably not from scratch but powder mix because the drink was sweet but good and the Asian lady took like five minutes to make it, which was cool, other than that, I believe you should give it a try and see for yourself that it’s not as bad as it used to be at least from reading other reviews, this place has improved a lot!

1. The name«China Beauty» implies that it is a beauty salon or distributor of some sort– I convinced my girlfriend that it was actually a fast food place!(Perhaps they just need to spruce up their name or be more specific :-)) 2. Prices are affordable/reasonable. 3. Employees are accommodating, polite, and respectful. 4. The wait may have taken a while, but it’s only because we ordered entrees from the menu(aside from entrees already prepared up front) and only one employee was cooking for those with special requests. –it may take time for the new management to hire more staff, so it doesn’t take much patience to wait for a few more minutes! 5. The food tastes great! We think it’s better than all the other commercialized American/Asian fast food restaurants, i.e. Panda Express, Hong Kong Express, Chinese Gourmet Express, etc. China Beauty is worth a try, especially if you want to skip cooking lunch/dinner, need catering a party, or as an option for potlucks! :-) Kudos to the staff for their hard work & excellent customer service, despite many impatient, inconsiderate customers! Just keep doing what you do because there are many many other people that appreciate your business!

3 stars = a-ok. I’m not sure why this place has such bad reviews. It’s not that bad… And I’m chinese! I mean what can you except for a fast food joint? Their portions are huge and their prices are fair… The taste is comparable to your local Panda Express. It’s a good quick fix. Definitely better than the 1.5 stars this place has been getting in reviews… Unilocal usually gets it right with their reviews; in gonna have to say they’re wrong on this place. Solid 3 for me.

First off, I walked in here thinking it was a BEAUTYSUPPLY! So I tried their food. I used to love this place but now… They have changed. The food is different! Their food looks old, and the orange chicken… Well lets just say it doesn’t taste like chicken… There is nothing beautiful about that side of China…

This place is exactly the reason you should Unilocal before you eat! I just left this disaster of a «Chinese» food restaurant and OHMYLORD! This was by far the WORSTCHINESEFOOD I EVERATEINMYLIFE!!! The way the food looks should have been the first sign. I paid $ 8 for a 2-item combo and large drink. By the time I was«ready» to take a chance on the second item, between the pork and red beef thingy, I asked the girl working there which one she would choose. She seemed reluctant. Now I see why. It was AWFUL! All of it was just bad. The chow mein was flavorless and oily, the orange chicken looked as bad as it tastes and the pork was like dog food. I honestly wouldn’t give my dog leftovers from this place. It’s nice to see that this place isn’t much different from the bad reviews it got years ago. Come here if you want to waste your money … and like bad«Chinese» food.

This is by far the grossest Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life(fast food). Apart from being way overpriced, the quality that goes into their food is extremely poor! Upon entry I noticed, there was no Chinese people to be found in sight. It’s like an ugly girl with tons of makeup on, no matter how much makeup she puts on she’s still ugly underneath. That’s what this Chinese food precisely is a Mexican restaurant in disguise! The cooks give all the food a Mexican cuisine influence, but with the setting as if you were in «Tijuana, Mexico». Unless this is literally Armageddon, and there was nothing left uncontaminated to eat off the face of the earth I would not recommend eating at China Beauty!

The food here has one flavor: Hot dog. While I love hotdogs. .. [so sue me]. .. I’m not into ALL of my chinese food tasting like hotdogs. I got 2 entrees and an eggrolls for myself and someone else, we ate two bites of each thing and threw it out. The only thing I could even make a dent in was the low mein [mostly because I didn’t mind it tasting like hot dog!] I don’t reccomend this place at all.
