Carls Jr / Green Burrito

Arrived for breakfast. The music in the restaurant was excessively loud. I requested for the music to be lowered. The manager was vehement she would not lower the music because of corporate rules. I explained it was to loud.
She was ademate she was not going to lower it.
Never returning to a restaurant where customer satisfaction is not paramount!!!

Day time crew is ok. Night crew damn now that’s a different story! Bad service, bad attitude, I ordered 1 chicken sandwich and was there for 15 minutes! The Hispanic guy that works the cashier at 3 am, god that guy needs to get fired ASAP! Won’t come here again at night!

Never had a problem at this place. Its inside the Shell gas station and it also has a green burrito. Watch out though because it is a trucker hot spot. You may find yourself surrounded by by 18-​wheelers all around. To me it adds to the atmosphere. You’ll see a lot of blue collared guys getting their morning coffee or a hearty burger for lunch. No gangs (I know it West Long Beach) because this lot is *no joke* packed with truckers. If your pulling a rig this filling station is for you. The back street is used a lot for an over night rest and a block away is a truck wash. With six other choices to eat from right across the street, its great for truckers and any one that loves that type of surrounding. 5 of 6 places to eat are 24hr but Carl’s Jr. is the heart of it all. One minute from the 710 freeway.
