Love this place! I come here for the Passion Fruit smoothie with boba. I also very much enjoy their spring rolls. Everyone there is super awesome!

I love this place. Great food, great prices. Not too close to my home, but you will find me there quite often. Their sandwiches are so flavorful, and I love the egg rolls.

The quality of food and drinks has certainly come a long way, in a good way that’s for sure. If you’re looking for some good boba you’ve found the right place.

I love that Boba Tea House is very close to home, it’s been a struggle to find a decent boba spot that delivers quality within staying in budget. My fiancé and I only spend $ 8-​$ 10 on two drinks + popcorn chicken here and they never seem to fail. From their almond milk tea to coffee blend w/​boba.
I would definitely recommend!

I just went to boba tea house for the very 1^st time. I got popcorn chicken, squid ball, taro smoothie and thai ice tea. I must say both drinks was so delicious, 3 doll for a large; can’t beat that but I did not enjoy the squid ball or popcorn chicken, their no flavor and quantity was suck, the sauce that come with it didn’t go well with the food. Overall I gave a 3 stars because of the drinks and good service I got today.

Boba mothaf***ing tea house! I love this place so much. It’s near my house, they are really nice, and their sandwiches and vietnamese iced coffee is the best! Me and my girlfriend are regulars here and once they see our faces, they know what we plan to order. One time the guy hooked it up with the egg rolls because it was closing, I pretty much got I egg rolls for a dollar (you the real MVP).
Okay straight to the food, I always get a bbq pork banh mi and vietnamese iced coffee. The bbq pork banh mi is really good, there’s a balance of veggies and meat and on top of that the bread is nice and crispy which makes me a happy panda. The flavor of the ingredients doesn’t overpower each other so the veggies and the meat has reached an agreement of flavor. On to the Vietnamese iced coffee, and based off my experience they have the best iced coffee out of every place I have tried. I have tried numerous places that serves ice coffee, but they’re either too sweet, creamy, or watery. I love me some strong iced coffee and Boba mothaf***ing Tea House did justice on that!
Overall I love this place, I’m going to stick to my usual everytime I come here. They’re really nice, their bbq pork banh mi is nice and their vietnamese iced coffee is FUEGO and yeah ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would eat again.

I don’t drink Boba but I love spring rolls and theirs are delicious! You get a chicken, pork and shrimp for 2.95. Seriously such a good deal. I will be coming back often.

Been meaning to give this place a review since I’m always eating here. awesome service great people very friendly good prices the boba is great I recommend taro or thai tea but I come here for the food. shrimp pad Thai, KBBQ beef banh mi w/​fried egg, chicken/​shrimp spring rolls are my favorites can’t go wrong

Love this place ! The boba and Asian sandwiches are so bomb ! And the prices are good too ! I heard the phở I good but haven’t tried it. Definitely will soon tho !

I love this place, friendly workers and good prices. Tried their smoothies and thai tea. My favorite is the avocado smoothie with chocolate syrup :) just wished the place was bigger for dine in and a better parking structure.

This is a close place to my place in long beach, nice little boba shop with foods including phở .
I’m reviewing this because you wouldn’t think a drink shop would have good food but the phở is surprisingly delicious. I prefer the phở here over the phở at «phở Long beach «down the street .
They have pretty good prices and good customer service being a small mom and pop type store .

I like to come here for boba smoothies. I live not too far from here so I always pass by here. They are fast and friendly service. The only thing bad is the parking. Small parking lot and is all taken by the employees. I don’t mind coming here but if I drive by don’t see any parking then I’m out.

Best boba & smoothies in west long beach! People who own/​work here are super nice and friendly. Ordered a strawberry smoothie with mini boba and some shrimp phó over the phone, it was ready when I got there. Very delicious always satisfied

My family comes here at least once a week! We love the phở, chicken sandwich and honey dew boba! Alex and Mylee are very friendly.

The bubbles real good have nice soup if a soup is good service is great also do catering

Figures that a Boba place that my family & I collectively voted as a 5-​star in taste & flavor is a tad hard to get to. The parking is unpleasantly small and the whole strip mall has a crowded feel to it. All these are factors in choosing businesses to patronize of course, but we’ve also had a hard time finding a Boba place we can really sink our teeth into (literally & figuratively). The Taro drink is so delicious!!! I felt like I was eating an Ube Hopia. So, I’m willing to overlook all the aspects that contribute to making this place less than perfect. In this Boba lover’s opinion, these delicious drinks are top notch.

Its in a REALLY small plaza so parking is limited. You can park in the other small plaza besides the area.
Seating:
It’s very small. Only two tables with two chairs each. I would say this place is more of a «buy and then leave» type of place.
