The customer service here is good and I have no problem with the staff, they are friendly and hard-working and quick. However the exterior has footprints all over the walls, the windows are dirty, the walkway to the left and to the right of the door is grimy, The area around the Redbox smells of urine, there is trash all over the parking lot and trashcan’s not in front of 7-Eleven are absolutely disgusting. I don’t think 7-Eleven is responsible for the whole property however somebody must be responsible for maintenance and somebody needs to be accountable for following through to ensure it’s taken care of on a regular basis. Daily all the trash to be picked up in the parking lot and cans emptied; windows once a week; They should power wash the walkways and walls of the buildings at least once a month, and Touch up paint every 4 to 6 months. I don’t think the Brand wants to be associated in anyway with vagrants, loitering and grime with a capital«G», I know Long Beach has a big problem with these maladies, but I do think it could improve it standing in the community by ensuring that it’s businesses are safe and clean no matter the demographic. Sometimes I pull up to any of the local 7-Eleven’s and my girlfriends daughter doesn’t feel safe getting out of the car by yourself to go in the store to get a snack or to rent a movie… Not good!(I’m sorry it did not occur to me to take photos and post with this comment) –Anyway, thank you for reading my rant !

I actually wrote my review on the wrong 7-eleven. This is the one I usually go to and they always have a good slurpee flavor which is what I go to any 7-eleven for… The guys who work here are always nice, let’s see what else can I say? I LOVESLURPEESANDCOLDICYDRINKS ok that’s it good bye!

I always come here during my lunch break for my Dr. Pepper, brownies, and other junk food that I get cravings for while I’m at work. I mostly frequent this place around 12PM so you may imagine how hectic this place gets, especially given its location and its adjacency to the medical and industrial centers in the area. If you come before or after the PM rush you should have no issue finding a parking spot though. The employees are pretty cool to deal with, the older Indian man is the homie now and always makes small talk with me when I run into him, I suppose it reflects how I often I frequent this place lol. P. S. The worst part about this is all the bums outside always loitering and asking for money, it really is a nuisance, this 7-eleven would do much better without them lol

I come for the usual stuff. Fast and easy place to pick up some snacks and drinks for cheap. The employees are about the same at every 7 eleven. They don’t really talk much and just ring you up. But that’s how I like it at 7 eleven. Let me get my stuff and get out asap.

The major downside of every 7 eleven: someone who cashes in ten thousand scratchers to buy ten thousand more and holding up the line in the process.

Man! This is my favorite 7-eleven! Everytime I buy Scratchers here, I always break even!(I may have ended this streak recently by going overboard, but I know you don’t want to here about it) You know what the best thing about this one is? They have a black girl working there! I know that’s what I said, too! She says that people can’t believe it. So we just stood there and laughed. BTW, if you are into Slurpee’s(and who isn’t) the one on the corner of Willow and Pacific always seems to have the Pina Colada Slurpee. It’s my favorite!
