Anne Marie Reggie helped us find our first investment property. Her energy and experience is what sold her as an agent for my wife and I. Her ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is nothing short of impressive. She has a team that she works with on an ongoing basis, from the lenders to the inspectors she professionally manages these people efficiency to get your properties closed. I’m not sure if all agents work this way but she would answer texts from me at all hours of the day or night. Her mind seems to always be on the deal. Checking and re-checking and reporting back her findings. I have heard buying and selling homes is painful and a frustrating experience but to be honest it was one of the most plesureable and unobtrusive experiences. I know she did much of the heavy lifting on her end and she gave us digestible bits of information, but it seems effortless for her or at least that was the persona she gave to calm my high intensity needing all the answers personally. I wish I could tell you we had an easy process. Our sellers were a city and if you ever have purchased property from a city you know what I mean when I say redundancy is an understatement. Sometimes I felt like we had 4 deals going at once, because of all the extra paperwork and because of timing and decision makers having timing windows once a month to give us answers, a simple deal grew into a beast. We purchased a dual zoned work live loft in the heart of the Artist Village in downtown Santa Ana. AM we love our loft and the area! We will use her again and again because we got the opertunity to see her in action and we’re impressed with her results hands down one of the hardest working people in the real estate industry. Thank you Anne Marie Reggie.

Used Anne Marie as listing agent to sell our house in Belmont Heights. The house is sold and escrow is due to close in about a week. But our house is beautiful and Belmont Heights sells itself. Also buyers and sellers were both patient and eager to make a deal. Here are some of the things I experienced during this process with Anne Marie… Difficulty communicating without coercion or argument on most major points within this transaction. Disregard for specific requests or instructions — followed by argument or manipulation. Disagreement regarding purchase price. Constant argument surrounding the purchase price and the value of the home. Coercion to accept offers we were not interested in. Coercion to adopt a sense of urgency and hurry — that we did not share. Coercion to accept a specific offer over other options. Withholding of information regarding a side agreement it appears she made with the Buyer’s agent. Coercion to include additional items within the purchase price. Coercion to exclude certain items from the purchase price. Late to showings. Late to open houses. Absent from meetings we specifically requested she attend. Absent during the close of escrow(on vacation) Failure to communicate effectively with the other side on our behalf regarding scheduling. Disorganized with paperwork — creating the need to sign the same documents more than once. This is just my experience — which I did share with her office — and attempted to share with her«broker» — Wendy Sochin — although my calls were not returned. Proceed with caution.
