AARAPP came out to replace a stove top for an electric range. Job was quoted at $ 400 for labor to have two techs come out and install taking approximately 2 hours. The actually didn’t’ need two people and the job only took 50 minutes. VERY expensive — look elsewhere…

If we could leave less than one star we would. This company is proven themselves to be 1. UNREASONABLE by not providing an appointment time during the work week that a working customer can accommodate. The only windows offered were 12 – 3, really?! 2. UNRELIABLE because they called after 6:30 the day before to cancel a Saturday 9 – 12 appointment and when the customer expressed their frustration with this poor customer service said they’d keep it and send someone else. So why didn’t they do that in the first place?! 3. INCOMPETENT — we called at 11:10 to check on the eta of the service tech and were told he was running an hour or more behind schedule so we had to cancel. Unbelievable! During our experience with this company we spoke to numerous reps and none of them had any idea what quality customer service is. Save yourself a hassle and choose someone else to repair your appliance, there are lots of other choices. If you are filing a home warranty claim request this company be eliminated from potential service providers. We filed a violation complaint with our warranty provider after this experience.

I had a dryer that needed repair and they had to reschedule my appointment. Artyom came to my house and fixed my dryer which was located in a very tight spot. He did a great job.

Rating –5 stars. Just as I thought, Nov. 22, and they call me to «schedule an appointment» as I’m hanging up with the insurance company filing a complaint. #sideeye This company sucks worse than stepping in cow sh&$!
