Nice facility, great staff and really thorough workout. That’s a good thing. I’m here for results. I’m new to barre, although it’s something I’ve been meaning to try for years. I started with a groupon deal, but was quickly hooked and gladly signed up for more. I find the price to be very reasonable given the quality of the instruction, facilities and overall company management. I do group packages, which average out to ~$ 12/class for a 20 class package with the current promotion(15% off). That’s a steal by any standard. I was intimidated at first. The workout is hard and many of the attendees are quite fit and have prior dance experience. However, the instructors put me at ease quickly and I’m already getting results(strength, definition) after just eight weeks at two classes per week. I’m so glad I found this place and highly recommend it.

One of the reasons I gave 3 stars is because I am a student and I can’t afford their packages. They should have a package deal for students where it is cheaper for them. It is very expensive. I did do the 10 days free and I loved it, although, some instructors are harder then others, I also recommend that they have different levels. Beginners, intermediate, challenging. I’ve seen kids, yes KIDS try to do these hard workout(which I understand it isn’t intended for children) but it would help if they had that. They should also have some workouts that target some things that people want. Like a booty lift class or a tummy tuck class. They need to get more creative with the classes.

I have been going to the Ballet Physique since last December, and it is a perfect fit to add fitness to my lifestyle. I grew up taking dance classes so I really enjoy the movement that feels like I’m doing ballet. The classes are a fusion of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. The classes are designed for all levels. If you want a more challenging class, grab heavier weights and get deeper in your squats! If you have injuries or pain, they always show helpful modifications. One benefit that came as a complete surprise is that I’ve learned a lot more about muscle anatomy, posture, and workout movements that are healthy for my body. Even when I work out at the gym, I have better, more supported posture and movement. I historically have had a lot of lower back pain, and going to class has overall helped alleviate a lot of the discomfort and pain I had. I have a stronger core. The days I go to class are the days I feel best. What I like: Positive, motivating, entertaining, skilled teachers Stronger, leaner muscles Stretching Isometric movement and lots of modification options, great for people with injuries Fun pop music, but not all mainstream Clean, beautiful facility(everyone wipes down their yoga mat at the end of every class) New equipment(2 – 8 lb weights, yoga mat, yoga block, playground ball, band, ring) They target every muscle group to give you a long lean ballerina body: arm muscle groups, shoulders, back, thighs, hamstrings, glutes, and of course core strength! Favorite teachers: Niki, Ali, Vanessa, and Ryan because they are super positive and they tell funny stories! If you like a challenge: Kristin or Kristen Really all their teachers all wonderful! For your first class wear comfortable workout clothes and socks. The class is on carpet and everyone wears grippy socks. The grip makes it easier for doing a couple of the workouts, but just regular socks work well for your first class. I had my first class with Niki. It was a lot of fun and she made me feel really welcome even though I didn’t know anyone, and I came alone. She is the reason I originally signed up, and I’m so glad I did!

First of all, I IMPLOREYOUTOIGNORETHERECENTONE-STARREVIEWS. They are so unbelievably inaccurate, and this is based on my one-year membership at the studio, as well as the reason why I signed up with BP in the first place. This is an environment in which women of all ages, shapes, and sizes are welcome. Dress code includes some sort of exercise pants due to the nature of the workout. There are women in Old Navy, Lululemon, BP clothing, and everything in between. Many women enjoy wearing fun workout clothing, and some wear it to serve a purpose — either reason is fine! Workout modifications are made for people who need them. Often times, instructors offer them as they go, and participants are encouraged to ask for help when needed. These workouts aren’t easy, and that’s after a year of being a member! But there’s nothing wrong with that — it just means that members can continue to challenge themselves! Membership allows clients to go to both the Lone Tree and Littleton studios, and I have spent much of my time going wherever Niki and Allison are teaching! They are my faves. :) Since I teach at 7:30am during the school year, I’ve attended some 6am Lone Tree classes and had to leave at 6:30am. That has never been a problem with instructors! I figure 30 minutes is better than zero minutes! I just forget to stretch sometimes, and that’s totally on me. :) There have been a couple of instructors I just didn’t click with, and that’s ok. Not every teacher meets the needs of every student, and that would be an impossible feat anyway. Just like it takes time to find the right hairstylist or masseuse, it may take you a few classes to figure out which instructors are best for you — or maybe you’ll be good with everyone! Give this a shot. If you’re looking for rock-solid quads, great music, supportive instructors, and nice classmates, this is the place for you!

I was so unimpressed with this studio. It was absolutely the rudest and snobbiest workout studio that I have ever been to. I was looking for a barre studio to frequent during my summer vacation in Colorado and The Ballet Physique was recommended to me from a friend. I live in Newport Beach and belong to many gyms and fitness studios, so working out is something I do all the time, and group classes are my favorite! I went to this studio excited to have a new spot in Colorado, but the way you are treated there is terrible! The women in the classes are unbelievably catty. You will catch them pointing at you and gossiping about you before class starts, during class and even after class! I go to class to workout, and mind my own business, but they were so irritated that someone new was in their classes they actually were pointing and staring! At one point they were outside making fun of the car I drive(I have a car that hardly affords being made fun of). The management is equally as rude and not accepting of new people that are not clones of the other women in class. In other gyms we are taught in group classes to express ourselves, have fun, and accept all the other women in the class regardless of what they look like or how well they preform. Here the culture couldn’t be more different if they tried! If you don’t fit in with them they don’t want you there!!! Save yourself the torture and the cattiness and go somewhere where you will have fun! I felt that this company discriminated based off of what I looked like and my background and in this day and age that is intolerable. I want women to know what they are getting into here, and if you want to be treated fairly go somewhere else to get your workout on!

Took my first class yesterday! The studio is very nice and clean. They have two bathrooms available for changing. Would recommend if you live/work in the area!

I have been working out for years on/off trying everything from Pilates, Yoga, Cross Fit and Orange. Nothing comes close to these classes!!! Burn burn burn Every time I work out here I am sore for days. This never happens for me even in cross fit. The classes are soft on my knees and my lower back. I absolutely love the upbeat music :-)) If you love working out to upbeat music like in a Zumba class, you will love Ballet Physique! I’m hooked :-))))

Loving this place! I used to do Bar Method in LA and was a little unsure of if the quality would be the same. After going to an unrelated barre studio in Colorado and not really liking it too much I found this studio and really love it. It’s bright, clean, and has windows in the classroom. I’m really big on natural light while working out so that’s awesome. They have lockers for personal belongings, a nice little shop with all the cute barre clothing, hand towels for class, great music and friendly staff. For sure the best barre studio since I left LA. I have an unlimited membership and plan on keeping it monthly.

This exercise studio is beautiful! It’s brand new, fresh and classy. Loved the instructors too. They were professional, very knowledgable, fun and friendly. After my first class they made me feel as though I was a welcomed member. It wasn’t until the next day I realized how challenging the class actually was for my untrained muscles. Feels great being a part of a «gym» that makes you feel so special — your mind and body a priority.
