Really enjoying having RRS in my backyard. They give exceptional service and I’ve enjoyed getting to know the employees on the Saturday morning runs. Great time with great food after! Highly recommend the Saturday runs and then spending some money in there after :)

I have been visiting Road Runner for the past 6 months for all of my running needs. Patrick and Tim have always been great to work with. My wife and son are starting to run more and the folks at RR were able to get them fit into some great new shoes. They have a great selection of shoes as well as apparel. I was skeptical of the R-​Gear (store brand) but it has turned out to be a great, less expensive option for apparel.
Also, I have been joining them on the Saturday morning (7:00 am) group runs that have been great in keeping me motivated throughout the winter.
Tip: strongly consider VIP, it makes there already great prices even better.

I went to #RoadRunnerSports the other day and have never been happier with the selection, customer service, and the prices. I have wore #NikeFrees for as long as I can remember. By far my favorite shoe ever made. But I needed a stability shoe for my jogs. They listened to my needs, and my feet have never been more happy. I have had outrageously expensive custom insoles made from multiple physicians made from the time I started playing sports in high school. But the insoles they made me here trump them by cost and comfortability. I bought a year membership with them and guarantee I will be back frequently. They have an amazing workout attire selection, and everyone there is nice, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Customer service
Custom insoles (takes 10 minutes — and you can feel an immediate difference)
VIP membership (more on this in a minute)
Cons:
Shoe selection — wish they had much more of a shoe selection and much less apparel
Prices — the shoes are priced okay, but the accessory items are a bit much (i.e. 3 pairs of running socks for $ 29.99, dry-​fit hat for $ 25.00)
Tips:
– The VIP membership is $ 20. However, if you sign up for their VIP membership online, it’s only $ 1.99. We actually signed up thru our smartphones while at the store. The VIP membership gives you about an extra 10 percent off your purchase. Plus, you can try your insoles and shoes for 90 days and return it if it doesn’t work out… but with as much time as they spend with you, it probably will work out.

I thought it would be a good time to introduce Beth to Road Runner Sports, we have previously purchased running shoes at a couple of different stores in the metro area (all full service). We were greeted to a special analysis of Beth’s stride, the technician was very professional and completed a few measurements and a video which did not take much time at all. In addition Beth was told she could be fitted for special insoles and it was her option to purchase them or not… we agreed. Later we met Tim another professional who greeted us with a run don… no pun intended of a few possible selections from the stores extensive inventory. Beth selected a couple of option to try… with and without the custom insoles. She was immediately impressed with the look and feel of the shoes selected and felt good about making a purchase. I also selected a Nike Dry-​Fit tee-​shirt and of course we agreed to purchase the insoles.
The only minor hitch came when the clerk (Tim) was unable to locate the VIP membership purchased online. The store manager Tyler came over to help and was able to locate the membership but for some reason the website indicated it had been purchased and then cancelled. We were most impressed as Tyler sprang into action without hesitation offered to honor the special internet purchase price for the VIP membership… which both Beth and I considered to be the best deal we’ve seen in sometime. Tyler also pointed out that the company was generously sending sock to deployed military and I added 29 dollars worth of sock to my bill.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience and we intend to return for additional purchases, for one the deals on socks, sports bras and the like seemed very reasonable. Allow plenty of time for the excellent full-​service experience, we were in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Mike was awesome!!! He took in all my concerns, commiserated over rolling ankles and potential surgery, and was super helpful in recommending shoes that would help me in getting back on track after numerous injuries that have sidelined me :) Thanks again Mike!!! I am looking forward to getting a lot of use out of my new Brooks Ghost’s!

Absolutely incredible customer service. Hands down the best experience I’ve had purchasing running shoes. Patrick took the time to address my concerns, evaluate my unique foot movement, customize insoles, and help me get into the best shoes. I can honestly say Road Runner Sports just gained a lifelong member. Thank you for the excellent service. Hopefully I don’t have to bring the shoes back within 90 days and find something different, but great to know the option is there if I need to.

I’m a happy long time member because of their excellent customer service, which includes a guarantee that you’re happy with your purchase for 90 days. That’s almost unheard of with shoes! I am a valet associate, so i run everyday at work. Having shoes that fit properly, are comfortable and have lasting quality are crucial to me. And I find friendly, considerate guidance every time. At my last visit, Patrick was the specialist who listened to my current issues and fitted me to the best shoes that addressed my concerns. Thanks Patrick!

Ouch! Painful running injuries caused by new @RoadRunnerSports @ShoeDog #CustomInsoles. My feet, legs, hips, and back have never hurt so much. I realized the damage this product was causing 12 miles into my regular 15 mile loop and hobbled home sans shoes the last 3 miles. I’m still in immense pain the following day and will need to sit out from my most natural sport and wait for my injuries to heal. I also wrongly paid $ 20 for the store’s VIP program; which is only $ 2 on their website.
Update: Jen & team took my injuries and complaint seriously, refunded the cost of the insoles and the difference on their VIP membership price.

Stopped in for packet pick up for a 3W race. The staff was very friendly & super helpful! They even helped out my daughter with finding the perfect no tie laces! Thank you Road Runners!

Love this place!!! Great new location as well! Everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful, I never knew what kind of shoe to wear in the past until I came here! Keep it up, y’all.
