Great little shop, first time having fresh donut melt in the mouth. Kids really enjoyed it. If they could make the other types of donuts fresh for purchase, it’d be superb(other than the regular glazed).

This location might be ok, if you are ok with whatever selection they have left. If you need to have a special order of doughnuts, don’t bother with this location. They don’t write the actual orders down, so when you show up, you had better hope they have what you need in stock, or you’re out of luck. Also, if you call, their phone has so much static, you can’t really communicate with them at all.

We stopped by in the middle of a snow storm and the lady at the counter was amazing: kind, patient and greeted us with fresh hot donuts. Those fresh donuts are mouth-watering.

This is a lovely location which generously handed out fresh glazed doughnuts from the conveyer belt. I liked that it was easily accessible(parking lot and drive through). I wish I lived here to frequent more often! Doughnuts were delish. Krispy Kreme are the best!

All the tables were dirty. They had no coffee! Even the simple black coffee options.

Donuts are amazing and we stop every time we are in the area and the hot light is on. The staff is another thing. They are slow, and rarely have I seen anyone under 60 working there. My order was wrong two visits in a row, and when I complained, I found out the person serving me was the manager, an old Hispanic man. One of the issues was that he dropped the empty donut box on the ground, picked it up, and put our dozen donuts into it. I refused to accept them. Surprised he is the manager.

Overall it was very good. Glazed was as always delicious, even when the hot light is off. Brownie batter had a little too much filling. Most of the filling was on the right side, nothing on the left. It was okay other than that. Maple frosted, well tasted like maple, other than there was some underlying glaze. Made it almost too sweet. One piece of advice to this location is to clean the floors, as they were sticky when we were walking around.

Outstanding customer service every time I visit these guys. The place is clean and employees have great attitudes. Nearly every time come in, the place is busy… I do tend to stop in when the Krispy Kreme«hot doughnuts now» sign is on. Give me a cup of hot coffee and a couple of glazed originals and I am good to go!

I am shocked that there is not a location Downtown Denver, so for me, this is the most convenient location. Needless to say, it is a trip getting down here. Usually, I go before hitting up IKEA(my second home). One thing I have noticed– thankfully, this place is a 24 hour drive through. And also, they sell Pepsi products here(I looked like a fool last Sunday in a KK in Atlanta trying to order a Mountain Dew, and they told me they sold only Coke products) — which I find interesting that the chain sells different drinks for different demographics. I usually get 2 dozen– one for the ride back, and one to experiment with in the kitchen. I bought a waffler just for the sake of cooking Krispy Kremes on, so I can top them with butter, syrup, and other treats. I wouldn’t expect coming here late night and getting a hot batch– however, it is nice when the line is usually short. In Atlanta, usually the later the evening, the longer the drive through. Either that, or people just didn’t give a crap about doughnuts this weekend. These things are unique when they come out fresh. But not worth the trip when the sign is not on. I guess I could always call to see if their sign is on before making the trip…

I wish there was a Krispy Kreme in the Springs! Anytime we go to Denver or have to drive anywhere near by, we stop and get a warm dozen original glazed doughnuts. They are delicious! As far as a chain doughnut company they are a great establishment, they offer fresh product and free samples when you walk in the door. The work station has a glass window that allows everyone to see how everything is made. It’s great to see all the kids get all excited to see the machines making their doughnuts that they are about to devour. Take a break from the diet and stop by to get a warm doughnut, it’s so worth it!

I consider myself a donut expert eaten dozens over the years and can eat 12 easy in one go haha. The tips for here, glazed fresh off the belt unreal melt in your mouth(5 star!) In relation to the others they’re good but not as fresh as the glazed off the belt, to be expected though.

I can’t quite figure out what’s so hard about speaking clearly into the drive-thru speaker, having decent customer service and heaven forbid having your donuts stocked? Not sure what it is with this location, but they really struggle. Every other location I’ve been to has excellent customer service, and, you know, has donuts available. I love Krispy Kreme as a company and their product, but this location is embarrassing.

The woman gave us free hot donut samples and we got two dozen glazed fresh off the line! The donuts seemed on the small side and lopsided but it didn’t affect the taste in any way! Love me some Krispy Kreme donuts!

While I prefer a heartier donut more in line with a Lamar’s or similar place, Krispy Kreme never disappoints. The drive thru is very convenient at this location and you just can’t beat getting a fresh donut right off the line. Our family is definitely big fans of the free dozen donuts on Talk Like A Pirate Day — September 19th.

While Krispy Kreme is a chain, in this case I’ll thank the heavens that we have one in Colorado! The best glazed donuts that if you’re lucky and the stars align you can get them hot off the line with a cup of coffee which is enough to make you slap your momma.

This place is seriously the best in town. I have a blast every time we come! They offer an exchange of an ugly tie for a dozen donuts during the week of Father’s Day. The customer service could be better, they are teenagers who don’t have anyone watching them so the behave as expected. I would love to see that improved so business doesn’t decline. These donuts are better than anyone else, period! Maybe I will only go through drive through to avoid the teen drama from now on :)

Boy did we come at the right time AND the wrong time! It was Saturday morning at around 10:30, I stood behind the glass to watch the assembly line at work. All of a sudden they started handing out fresh donuts, everybody gets one! Nothing, and I repeat, NOTHING, beats a freshly made original glazed Krispy Kreme donut! It literally melts in your mouth and leaves you desiring more. They’re smart to be handing out freebies because people end up buying more. lol. I was asked if there’s freebie every time, I’m not exactly sure but I do remember seeing the«Hot Now» sign flashing by the building. Bad timing because their espresso machine is down(SIGH, I so wanted to try the Original Kreme Latte) and resorted to a large cup of decaf hot coffee. It was… unmemorable at the best. Felt like I was drinking Folgers instant coffee or something. Why did I even bother ordering a large? The guy was ready to grant me free refills… Cream(half & half) and sugar are provided but I’d bet the flavored latte would be so much better… We did get a few more donuts to go: a filled one, a cruller, a Cinnamon Bun, and a Maple glazed(too sweet), they’re all not as good as the original glazed. The staff members are all very nice. I see them handing out paper hats for the kids and smiling at them. Please open more locations so I don’t have to resort to buying them at Walmart for $ 1 a piece!

7 am and 7 pm= hot and fresh! As I understand it, they only have the«hot n fresh» sign on two times a day. So, plan ahead. I have only been inside once, so my son could watch the donuts, but the drive-thru is pretty quick at 7am the handful of times I’ve been there. The people working the drive-thru are always nice and generally downright cheerful. I usually am there to buy their daily double– 1 dozen original and 1 dozen assorted, to take to my daughter’s daycare teachers or my son’s before/after care staff. Donuts are a great way to say thank you! There’s something about the smell of cooking sugar that makes it a great way to start the day!
