Great place to tan. Lots of options for beds. Staff is properly trained and informative with lotions and sales. I’ve been going here for over 6 months and I really enjoy it. Bonus: its next door to a bundt cake store and Krispy Kreme behind the store! Join this franchise/​particular store

So I’ve been going to this place for 2 years now, the staff needs a manager present and better training. 75% of the time there is an issue getting checked in, either the staff doesn’t know what they are doing, an issue with the computer/​software, issue scanning your fingerprint in, the list goes on. Sometimes it takes 10+ min to get checked in even when there are no other customers, I’ve even waited upwards of 20 minutes because the person doesn’t know how to work the system and can’t get people checked in and there’s a long line. I recently started going to a location off 225 and Parker Rd. and NEVER have this issue, I get checked right in with no problems. So something is wrong here. My husband tried to sign up once and was put on hold/​wait for so long he walked out. If I wasn’t receiving good service at the Aurora location I would have cancelled and went elsewhere. On another note, the Versa Spray Tan is amazing, love it.

CROOKS…Be careful. They will tell you that you qualify for a less expensive price if you purchase a monthly membership with them. If you ever try to cancel this membership they will continue to charge your account after you follow the cancellation instructions they give you. Bottom line: YOU WILL PAY FOR SERVICES YOU DON’T RECEIVE for a long long time. Plan on making several trips and phone calls to their corporate offices before the monthly withdrawals from your bank account stop. The employees in their stores will give you different cancellation instructions than their corporate offices will. Their corporate offices will not honor what their store employees tell you and they will accuse you of not reading your contract and not taking responsibility for your own actions while they continue to charge your bank account each month.
