Best costumer service from any fast food place I have ever been. I would recommend going out of your way just to come to this location.

Never a bad experience at Chick-​Fil-​A. Unbelievably friendly staff, almost like they enjoy working there!

I’ve never written a review for a fast food restaurant before, but I had to for this location! I went through the drive through with my toddler. We ordered a meal just for her. When I drove up to the front, I realized that I left my wallet at home and was absolutely mortified. I apologized for having them prepare my order and not realizing my mistake. I was ready to drive off in defeat when they smiled at me and simply stated, «don’t worry about it, it’s on us today». Not only did they make my day (and my daughter’s day too), they didn’t embarrass me. I was so impressed with their customer service, that I had to share.

A good fast food joint but the drive through is awful. Be careful pulling through this drive– you don’t want to get hit.
If you can hit this drive through before noon then you’ll not have too long of a wait. The lunch crowd is huge, so stay away between noon and 2:00pm.

This place gets a 5 because they used to be a 2. Few months ago the food was not made right and they really have stepped it up fries are hot and crispy sandwiches are much better. If new management came in thank goodness! Come here at all the time now

To all these irate and unhappy customers. This is fast food, get over it. No one cares of how many years of service.
This place does a great job. Fast, always friendly and gets my order right. It’s fast food don’t expect too much.
Pros: good chicken, fast, courteous.
Cons: busy location and may have to wait longer.

Phenomenal service!!! We came during a peak lunch hour on a Saturday. It was BUSY! Parking spaces were limited and the drive through was CRAZY busy as well. The employees kept their heads and did an AMAZING job getting orders out to people and making customers feel welcomed. We were treated wonderfully and our food was delicious! Way to go Chik Fil A!!! Customer service is one of the reasons I love coming to this restaurant.

I’m not much of a fast food person, but If I ever want a fast and tasty chicken sandwich I come here. The staff is always really polite and helpful. You can tell that the quality of the chicken is a lot better than other places because it’s REAL CHICKEN, not that ground up stuff.
I love the Spicy Chicken Sandwich! The original is good too! You can get these for breakfast as well, they just come served on a soft and flavorful biscuit.

What a well run, family friendly, high quality of fast food establishment. Obviously a real professional staff.
I don’t do fast food often but I’ll be looking for this chain when I do.

After many years of being devoted customers we have decided to spend the 1000 dollars or so we spend a year down the street at Jimmy Johns. Never have we experienced such rude treatment as we did from the management at this restaurant.
We have stuck with you even after you have screwed up our orders, handed us cokes only to have the lids pop off and spill in our car, and had our food fall through the bag because your workers don’t know how to secure lids on coleslaw, soup etc.
But the last time we made a complaint on another screwed up order you said we just want free food!
I don’t feel like driving back to your store every time you screw up our order, it’s not my problem.
I was sent a coupon worth 5 dollars after I complained to your corporate office. To let you know how badly I want to STEAL your food I will be returning your 5 dollar coupon and continue to spend my hard earned money elsewhere!

I love this Chickfila! I just bought the Chickfila calendar card for $ 7 and it includes something every month for 2015. I went there this morning knowing that I was gettin free chick minis as that is what they did to honor us loyal chickfila customers on every Monday in November. They always have good service. Yes the drive thru line can get verryyyy long as this is a popular chickfila! Beings that I am the duchess of this Chickfila overall I am very satisfied with this location.

On a trip to NC a couple years back, I discovered the amazing wonder that is the chicken biscuit. A calorie density defying breakfast dish, that, if it were made readily available to me, I might have had multiple heart attacks by now. So perhaps it’s a good thing that the chicken biscuit hasn’t found it’s way to popularity in NYC.
Instead I have to fly out to Colorado and find myself a Chick-​fil-​A to get it. I’m not really a fan of this chain, but, in all fairness, their spicy chicken biscuit is just the thing I needed to satisfy my craving.

Really good service, but always packed. Would benefit from adding a 2 lane drive-​in like most of the others in the area. Our order always comes or right though and they are always friendly per usual!

I could not say a bad thing about this place. I am an executive assistant for a huge culture based company and we order ALL THE TIME from Chick-​fil-​a and have never had a bad experience. One time we did an order for breakfast and they arrived 5 min late (happens all the time) but we had a manager call later and comp’d us off a future order which we appreciated, especially being in a customer centric world, these are the little things that matter.
Over the past week and a half we did multiple orders with this same location, and David was gracious enough to be patient and flexible to make modifications throughout the week with a smile. Today as a thank you they provided us with some promos for free sandwiches that my office is going to go crazy for.
This location truly goes above and beyond for their customers and I can say with confidence that we will continue to bring our business here without a doubt.

I feel compelled to update my previous 5-​Star review because the level of service that THIS Chick-​fil-​A continues to exhibit! We order LARGE catering orders from this restaurant at 1 – 2 times per month, if not more. They are always on time, they are always courteous, and most of all they live the Chick-​Fil-​A creed.
Today when we ordered an order for about 45 people to cater a lunch event and they did what they always do — IMPRESS! Not only were they on time, not only was the food fresh, but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to show us their appreciation to us. I don’t think it is appropriate to discuss what they did for us in a public forum, because they DEFINITELY went above and beyond. Needless to say this location has earned our business from today, moving forward.
As as side note, we order from a lot of restaurants in the Tech Center, and we have never been treated like this… hats off to the GM/​Owner/​Catering Manager of this restaurant.

Seriously… I think I could live off of this place. They have options for everyone and it shouldn’t be classified as fast food. Chick fil A is definitely in a league of its own.
As far as this location, they are extremely busy during the week but their staff steps their game up! They are as efficient as they can be with the room they have. Maybe this could be the first two story Chick-​fil-​A??? People complain about how packed it is, that is because it is DAMN GOOD! If you don’t want to wait, drive to Southlands or go in the mall, don’t complain! You see the line when you pull up and you can make a conscious decision as to whether or not you want to eat at this location.
I have no problem spending my money here, or ANY Chick Fil A for that matter!

Staff here is not up to par with chick-​fil-​a standards. We have been big fans and long time customers of chick-​fil-​a. normally they have great service, they are fast, and NEVER get our order wrong. Not to mention the food is great.
Today I went through the drive thru during breakfast hours with 2 $ 10 gift cards that were sent to us by my mother in law. The line moved quickly until it got to me. I proceeded to pay the 18 dollars with my gift cards and the girl at the counter told me one of them was not working. The next girl came over and was very polite and told me that there was an error on their end. She said the manager was going to fix it or just comp the remaining balance (I was still upset because I would have lost the $ 2 balance but no biggie).
The manager came over, didnt say a word then accused me of using a card with no balance or that my mother in law gave me a bad card then proceeded to charge me the difference. The girl behind her realized they were charging the same card twice! No apologies and 13 minutes later with a massive line of cars in the drive through, they process the payment correctly.
When I drove off I realized they did not give me the card back with the balance. Now I am irate. I get home and our order is missing a breakfast sandwich. I dont have the time or energy to deal with them again. every other chick-​fil-​a is a 5 star but this one combined with todays experience puts them at a one.

Eh, not bad for a fast food joint. They did mess up my sandwich though. I paid for the deluxe and they forgot the cheese and tomato.
The nuggets were good and I appreciate the fact that they have a ton of different sauces to choose from. My favorite was the honey roasted BBQ.

Pretty much always a good experience (as with any Chick-​fil-​A). This location had also catering for me before and did a bang-​up job.
My only suggestion is to avoid this location between 11:15AM and 1:30PM. While the food, service and location are great — the wait time and traffic can become a bit unbearable — especially when you are ‘hangry’.

Spicy Chicken Deluxe w/​extra pickle, Waffle Fries, Sweet Tea, Honey Mustard Sauce (3 packs please), and don’t forget the brownie. I’ve ate a LOT of Chick-​Fil-​A and this is the combo that keeps me coming back.
This location is a zoo at lunch, but the staff is top notch and works hard to get you in and out. Is the drive thru line wrapped around the building? No worries, you’ll be out in under 10 min and that’s padding the time. In fact this is the fastest Chick-​Fil-​A I’ve seen in several states so when I say they work hard to get you in and out I mean it. Speaking of In N Out, Chick-​Fil-​A uses In N Out Burger’s trick of putting someone outside on the drive thru lane to take your order when it turns into a zoo. It speeds things up and it prevents messed up orders. One thing to be aware of, parking and getting in and out of here is TIGHT. Be aware of traffic around you.
5 star reviews in my book have to be earned and should not just be tossed out without thought. But in this case the service alone warrants it, the food backs it up. (Note: This is for the FSU: Free Standing Unit and not the Park Meadows Mall location)

I went this morning and there was only two cars in the parking lot… absolutely unheard of! When I lived in Charlotte I was completely spoiled because it seems like there was a Chick Fil A everywhere – including one across the street from work which was totally dangerous. So when I got an email saying that Chick Fil A was giving away a free breakfast entrée this week, the first thing I did was check out where the closest one to my work was.
Park Meadows, are you kidding me? I avoid all things mall since I can’t take the normal people turned idiot drivers once in the vicinity of the mall. I figured that if I’m going to visit this one it may as well be at 730am when the mallrats wouldn’t be out.
Again, there were two cars in the parking lot… more proof that Chick Fil A is a gift from the gods. I got my free spicy chicken biscuit on and added some additional buffalo sauce on it and was in a state of spicy bliss.
Buttery fingers, mouth on fire and empty parking lot=winning.
