Burger King

I find myself often coming to this Burger King because the Chik-​Fil-​A across the street has such a terrible parking lot and is often ridiculously busy. Even though I’m tasting Chik-​Fil-​A, I’m never disappointed with Burger King. I actually think the staff at Burger King is more friendly and more professional than those across the street. Drive-​Thru is quick and easy to get through, my order has always been exactly right and the quality is consistently good. This truly is one of the best fast food options in the area.

It’s a Burger King, you pretty much know what you’re going to get in terms of selection and price. This particular location is very bad however. We were in during the middle of the day to pick up a quick snack. We weren’t the only ones that had the same idea as the drive through was pretty busy, so we went inside. We ordered our food and stood off to the side to wait. The (possible) manager was working pretty hard to get orders to the drive through and to the eat in customers.
Someone behind us had just ordered something simple, so it was up in the window very quickly. Immediately after getting our order, the customer let the manager know their item was sitting there too. The manager was very rude and berated that customer for being impatient, which was totally uncalled for.
When I sat down I found that one of the things I ordered was inedible, under cooked and frankly raw in the middle. I brought it up to the same manager and politely asked for it to be replaced. He grabbed it and made a point to ask the cook in the back why it wasn’t cooked to the customer’s standards. He asked for them to grab another one and make it extra crispy for a picky customer.
Yeah. I’m the picky one because I’m not willing to eat chicken that was still raw. I also did not want it cooked longer or extra crispy, just made to a safe edible standard. I mentioned again that it wasn’t cooked all the way through and he talked down to me saying they would make it extra crispy so I wouldn’t complain again.
Poor service.

This is by far the best and friendliest Burger King/​fast food restaurant around town. The staff here is always friendly, food is always fresh and even take their expired coupons! Thanks Burger King for keeping a good name out there for fast food

When ever I drop into this Burger King for a beverage, I am always suddenly aware of how dirty my car is. There’s a car wash right next door.
It’s identical to most Burger Kings. Not the easiest of get in and out of. The drive through is designed awkwardly and the speed of the drive thru is hit or miss normally.
This is one of my preferred Ice Tea places in the area so I can’t really comment on bad experiences. It’s kind of hard to mess up Iced tea.

Dropped by here the other morning for a quick breakfast on the way to work. I have to keep asking myself why I do this. What on earth made me think breakfast at Burger King was the right thing to do?
I had an egg, bacon, cheese on a biscuit. It came with potatoes that are knock offs of the Taco John’s Potato Olé’s. The first two bites tasted good, and I finished it because I was hungry. But, eating 40 paper clips probably would have been easier on my stomach and my body.
Why do I do this to myself? I guess a fast-​food breakfast every three to six months is a good reminder.

Quick service, but could be most positive. The dining room is hit and miss with cleanliness. Food is always hot.

Spicy chicken sandwich had more breeding than chicken and looked like it had been run over by a car it was so flat and dry. They have the new BK fries which are good. BK Chef’s Choice Burger had old lettuce on it and, while overall, the burger tasted pretty good the taste seemed more artificial than real and the burger was on the dry side. Odd to get 2 over cooked sandwiches at the start of lunch.
If your order is to go please note the girl at the counter dropped about 15 to go bags onto the dirty floor then picked them up, brushed them off and put them on top of the to go bags for to go orders.
Try the fries. Skip the rest.
