Walked in tonight and had a sales lady look right at me from behind the counter then just turn around not saying anything and continue with some paperwork. I could not get as much as a friendly smile.
Ontop of my initial impression i went to go find her because i wanted to see if they had a size I wanted. I looked around and she was no where. So we just walked out.
Too bad, the clothes really is darling.

Ann Taylor is one of my go to stores to find quality career clothing items.
I can always find beautiful dresses, skirts, blouses, and dress pants. I enjoy browsing the racks and then making my way back to the sales racks (hey, that rhymes). The sales staff is very friendly and will assist you with finding sizes if needed.
I’m never disappointed here. Thanks for offering the classic look.

Before their remodel, this Ann Taylor would have received 5 stars. However, their recent down-​size has made the store too tiny with too many clothes jammed into the space. The fabrics continue to get cheaper and cheaper as well. I am really bummed out.
I don’t know if a lot of the previous staff went elsewhere, I know that longevity in retail is hard to find, but I have also been unimpressed with 80% of the staff there in the last four months or so.
Ann Taylor used to be where I bought 90% of my clothes for work. Not anymore. The only thing I have bought there since the remodel are pants. Now most of the store is focused on casual clothes. Seems like they have forgotten who their core customer is.
What’s more, I can now find better deals and better quality at Nordstrom. Maybe the past couple of years of sending out who knows how many dollars in coupons and slashing prices to get people in the door has caught up with them and now they’re having to sacrifice quality to save their margins,

By far my favorite store to shop for career apparel as well as more sophisticated pieces. They offer numerous fits in slacks that cater to women with varying amounts of junk-​in-​the-​trunk. They often have great sales and clearance events, with an additional percentage off a purchase. The accessories are phenomenal – luxurious, playful, and timeless! Overall, it’s a pleasure to shop here, and the sales associates are friendly and helpful – many of whom love and proudly model the latest and most fashionable Ann Taylor pieces.
