Stay away from their installation services. Twice bitten now. Most recently through their referral site, Redbeacon. JTB Electric was awful — shady, conniving, and unprofessional. Find your own professional installer if you can’t do it yourself and do some homework on him/her.

This place is almost like a home away from home! I enjoy coming in to get ideas on things. Plus I come to get one item and have a darn basketful by the time I leave. The staff are pretty friendly. I’ve only had one issue recently where I needed assistance on batteries and it took almost 20 minutes for someone on the floor to just acknowledge. Overall a good store.

We have Gone in numerous times this summer. One day I went in for plants. «Excuse me, do you know where the zucchini plants are?» The older lady was standing in the outdoor checkout area with her friend chatting about how her garden is not working out for her right now. Heavy in conversation about herself, she answers me «I don’t know, you’ll have to look.» I proceed further into the outdoor garden area looking for some mole repellant. I ask an older skinny man worker«do you know much about mole resistance and where I can find some moth balls?» He said«I only stock the plants here, don’t you have a smart phone so you can look it up?» I have a few more instances to speak of but these were by far the most lazy examples I have time to write about. Today we went in to buy a new ride on mower, outdoor patio set and some other random items. Thankfully to the rescue came A guy name Mike. Thankfully for Mike Home Depot will get 4 stars from me. Also, a young happy, joyful man named Anthony who I saw ringing in items and then he found us outside struggling getting out patio furniture in the truck. He stopped to help us out. But before that he was helping this cute little old man to his car with his new plants and heavy bag of dirt. You have some extremely lazy employees but also some great ones. Thankfully for them I’ll be back!

Not happy! Got 2 hanging plants for my birthday(end of May) and they are not doing well. Wanted to return them and get 2 new plants. They told me there was a 90 day guarantee but I needed a receipt… here it is June 20th and the plants started to be delivered at the beginning of May… they are definitely not even 60 days old. i tried to explain that but they wouldn’t budge… no receipt… no return. Will try to see if my son has the receipt but I doubt he kept it. Guess I’m out of luck. A little customer service would have been greatly appreciated.

We had a great experience here tonight. We went to pick up an order at the customer service desk. While one staff rang up the order, another carried out the items and asked if he could get us a cart when he saw that we didn’t have one. They were quick and were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

11÷27÷12, I went to this Home Depot looking for Parts, sliding shower door bottom rail plate and door stopper. After I stand next to a customer service person for 4 minutes while she is talking on the cell phone who won’t even look at me? Along comes one more customer ser. Tries to help me who has no clue what I was looking for, there goes another 10 minutes while she went to get someone who supposedly knowledgeable in this area, well, long story short, another 10 minutes gone no where. Finally he went and got an «expert», yeah, he is expert alright, he begins to telling me …“customer, this is what you suppose to do, get the make and model # :))(if he only knew it is 12 years old and former home owner put it in :)))blah blah blah in short to describe what this Home Depot Professor giving me a «lesson» how to go about buying things… I felt very insulted and told all of these«idiots«that if I want a lesson being a home depot customer I wouldn’t come to Home Depot… The solution was very simple, from the get-go, JUSTTELLMEHOMEDEPOTDONOTCARRYSLIDINGSHOWERDOORPARTS so I can leave in a reasonable time spent with these idiots! «May I help you»? The problem begin when you really need help!!!

I don’t like this Home Depot. The staff is ever-present to ask you how you’re doing and pretend to be customer-service oriented but if you actually ask them something, they don’t know anything. See — there’s a difference between caring about customers and just acting as if you do from a script. Management has hired workers and told them how to act but has not paid for the training to make sure employees can actually help customers. This is the fault of management. I don’t shop here anymore.

The original do it all do it yourself store that put an end to the mom and pop hardware stores of yesteryear. Home Depot may not have been the originator of the DIY revolution but it has certainly been a prime facilitator. The ultimate in convenience for the home improvement person inside each of us. This location is typical of most; a large selection of supplies for both the semi-professional and the private person. You will be able to find anything you may need with reasonable quality. It is also a good location for the hobby gardener in the spring.
