I’ll agree that service can be spotty. However, my last two experiences have been 5+ stars. I came in for some parts for a long out of production tractor. The woman at the counter not only helped me get the right parts(revised part numbers) but also offered to print the operators manual with the new part numbers so I would have a full copy. I have also bought appliances, water heaters etc from the store. It’s an asset to the community

I have never seen such horrid customer service in my life. My husband and I walked in a few days ago, there were 3 employees behind the counter. One was helping the only other customer in the store, the other two were talking to each other. We were not greeted or acknowledged in any way. We wandered around the store for several minutes, talking about how we could not find what we were looking for, well within earshot of the employees. At one point we stood within two feet of the employees, saying«maybe they just don’t have what we need, I wish someone would help us» but they just ignored us. We decided against going up to them and asking our question. We were in the tiny store for about 7 minutes without anyone speaking a word to us. They didn’t deserve our business. I’m not going to beg them to help me give them my money.

I came here today to buy a battery for my garage door opener. Their employee, a female, showed me their batteries but they are all opened, just covered with scotch tape at the back. When I told her that I will look for an unopened one, she told me that I have to buy it somewhere else, with an attitude. Who would know if the batteries are still good? She said that customers opened it to see if it will fit, what? She said, just like what you did! Wtf! I only have to open the battery cover of my garage door opener to see it, the number. One thing, don’t blame the customers. She must be new, I go to Sears a lot, it is my first time seeing her there. I bought stuffs from there, if I think the price is reasonably good. I wish I got her name, Lola and Al wouldn’t be happy at all. Next time I go there I will ask for her name. Btw, it is a good thing she sent me out, I went to Auto Zone, there they have batteries for better prices. Follow-up soon!

The worst customer service. I bought a bbq and ended up having to bring it back twice because it was damaged from shipping. The salesman questioned me like it was my fault. I later purchased a cover for it and within a week it started to tear in multiple places. I returned it within the warranty period but they said they could not accept it.
