Phone & Wireless: Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer

I walked into Verizon Wireless to upgrade my phone. I was greeted and helped immediately by a wonderful guy named Hector. He knew his job very well and got me into a better phone for a great price. Hector answered all my questions without hesitation. I wish there were more people like Hector. He sure made my day.

Edgar Espinosa help me with my phone and my tablet he’s been the best a very good employee, patient, keep him. He is a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much verizon and thank you Edgar.

I had a great time at this location, trust me I wouldn’t take the time to post on thse sites if it was not worth my while.
First off, the representative who assisted us was named Edgar, he was phenomenal! He had this ability to answer all our questions, direct us to what we needed and also clarify what we didn’t understand.
We didn’t have to wait long at all and the service that he provided was incredible. I upgraded my phone and bought a couple accessories to accompany the purchase and I made the right choice choosijg this location. The store was clean, fresh and everyone was ree l ally friendly, definitely will be back to add a line and for mt family’s next upgrade. Thank you!

I recently procured a new phone from this location. the staff and their manager were knowledgeable, attentive, and were able to get me set up on a new phone and under 40 minutes.
It was the most enjoyable retail experience and customer service experience I have had in a very long time.

I would give them no stars if I could. I walked in after the other Verizon store in Lompoc reset my cell and I lost everything. And then froze it. She didn’t know what to do so she told me to come to this one. Best bet is to call them. Over the phone Verizon is amazing. In person the reps are horrible. I walked in and they were already busy. They didn’t say hi or anything. They just looked at me like why was I here 30 mins before they closed. Then said what do I need over how can I help you! I told them the issue and they said I am sorry there’s nothing we can do. They couldn’t apologize. They couldn’t do shit. They messed up and blamed me for it. So I called corporate and complained about how bad both these stores were run. The manager some chick who runs them both of them. Called me to let me know that it wasn’t there fault. Said she would send me something like a gift card to buy stuff there. Well 5 months later I didn’t get anything. I don’t need anything but I don’t need to be lied to and ass kissed. Waste of time. Call them.

Terrible service from unnecessary snobby employees. Just because y’all wear slacks and a nice shirt don’t mean you have a good job. Lets tone that attitude down a smidge.

Go to a different store I stood there for 35 min and I saw other leaving too this store has only one employee, I mean for reals? Not recommended
