If you like waiting 35 minutes in a drive thru for slightly cold food– you should definitley eat here.

A very typical panda express, ok food and service. Not very clean though there was rice on the floor near a couple of tables.

This is just your average everyday Panda Express. Exactly the quality and taste I’ve had at every other Panda Express. Nothing to write home about – good or bad.

Absolutly the worst experience! The staff was too busy on there cell phones first. Then we get help and they did not want to make any chow mein yet. I said we can wait but they did not know when they may make it. Fine so we did not go thru the dt i never do just because. So then we asked for chop stix but they were out. Ir at least she said she thought. They were but i saw some in the Dt. So she lied. Worst service bad food and a dirty place i will not eat there again.

Fast, efficient & courteous crew. And the Kung Pao chicken had a bit of heat to it. Nicely done.

I went to the drive thru. The wait wasn’t terrible but then they tell me that they are out of the item that I want and that they are making it so that I have to pull up outside the building so they can give it to me when it’s ready. Meh :| why isn’t there any back up made. Kinda disappointed since it’s a drive thru and you would expect it to be fast. Time is ticking … Tick tock tick tock …

The past 2 times I have been here and gone through the drive thru, there has been a horrible wait! Barely any cars yet, I’m sitting in my car for 10 – 15 mins. Then they forget the sauces and last time my food was slightly cold. I don’t plan to eat here anymore, just a waste of time and money.

This place continues to be filthy. From the less than optimal bathrooms to the abundance of uncleaned tables. The food is prepared well, but the remainder of the store is consistently neglected.

I was there awhile back & an employee named maria was very rude. She had an attitude the whole time she was serving me. I didn’t appreciate the service I was receiving. I think the manager needs to straight her up because everyone else was polite.

If you come in around lunch time everything is made fresh. For some reason food taste better here. Especially orange chicken is nice and crunchy from outside and soft inside. Service is fast and portions are bit on small side but I prefer quality over quantity. There is air force base near by so expect alot military personnel.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVERAGAIN! Disgusting, burned, commercial– plastic sauces, flavorless… This is the antithesis of poor take out gone bad. The corporation grew profits 8.2% over the last fiscal period and is projected to open 5k stores within a couple of years. Why??? Because the average American consumer doesn’t know descent from poorly made foods. I vote with my dollars as a consumer. Don’t get distracted by the pretty pictures and cute panda mascot. I wrote to Al Chaib(COO, Panda Express) and offered an intensive«fix it» proposal with an emphasis toward quality and assurance. Stay tuned… «same Bat channel, same Bat time».

The sign on their door says they open at 10:00 am today(I got here at 10:15), and the doors are still locked at 10:28am. The employees are in there working, and saw me try to get in, but no one has opened the doors. …update…at 10:30, someone unlocked the doors. The food was just fine and the employees were courteous. The mixed veggies weren’t ready yet so I had to wait. I overheard a customer ask for some string beans, and the employee said they weren’t prepped yet, so it would take about 30 minutes. It seems that the management needs to bring the crew in earlier to start the food prep earlier, and get the doors open at the posted time.

You can totally tell the workers there hate their job. Customer service was nonexistent and even the manager on duty was not very helpful. The portion sizes are always different and I have given this place so many chances, hoping it will be better the next time. It only gets worse. Yesterday I found a hair in my steamed rice… GROSS

FIRST, the price($ 30.00) plus tax for a panda feast does not include specialty entrees, then instead of $.50 more the server says they are $ 1.50 more. The overall quantity of food received for the price is poor and then restricted to basic items only. SECOND, the entrees I ordered were orange chicken(regular, I even pointed to it), mushroom chicken and black pepper chicken with 2 sides of chow mein. I received SPICY orange chicken which spoiled my children’s meals. They are three, five and six years old respectively and do not tolerate spicy foods. The only thing we served my children was chow mein and orange chicken as they do not prefer the other entrees. They refused to finish their dinners and we were forced to fix them something else. The orange chicken even had SPICY red chilli flakes and sauce on them and after trying them, they ARE spicy for an adult. I mentioned that the initial price of the Panda Feast was high to begin with but then to tack on additional charges for«certain specialty» entrees was ridiculous. She stated, «I know, but that’s corporate for you.» I then mentioned that if I purchased $ 30 of food anywhere else [I mentioned a couple other local establishments] I would have an enormous amount of food in comparison to what I received. The server agreed.

Average Chinese food but they are not great anymore. Rice tastes bad and portions are for kids. OK so I do enjoy their drive-thru option but their prices seem to go higher and higher and portions are getting smaller and smaller. Ordered a three item combo and tried the steamed veggies instead of their rice or noodles. Ordered orange chicken, Beijing Beef and Spicy chicken. The chicken dishes are always decent and so was the Beijing beef but the steamed veggies were a bit off, not fully done. Anyhow, it was a nice Chinese fix meal and affordable.

Very good Chinese food on town. Beats out Dragon Palace across the street hands down. Workers are polite and kind. You can try any of the dishes before making you decision. Very clean and calming place to enjoy a nice lunch or dinner. We love their Beijing chicken and other spicy dishes. Also get a egg roll too.

It’s a good place if you want quick Chinese food. It is also fare priced for the amount of food you get.

I used the drive-thru here last week. The girl who took my order was super chipper and upbeat. I kidded her on how much caffeine she must be on, but she responded that it was the new insanity workout she’s been trying. More power to you girl! Who doesn’t like positive food service employees, or people in general? The rice was a bit dry, but the food was otherwise quite edible and kept me going for the long drive home.

You would think at 12:00 pm their dishes would all be ready for customers. Instead I saw 3 of them not ready. When asked when they would be, was told they are not ready yet. Of course it’s not ready yet. If it were, they would have it out I would think. So I asked her to ask the cooks when they would be out and was told 20 mins since they hadn’t started cutting the celery yet. So I went ahead and got something else. I go to get my drink at the fountain and see they are having a plumbing issue that had them using a plunger on the drain. Tells me they do rinse the machines when closing as you’re suppose to. So sat to eat and well the brown steamed rice was still somewhat crunchy. Advice, find somewhere else to eat.
